Review 1：-The WiFi is not free, 9€/24hour. In the 21st century is WiFi such basic demand as a shower or a clean bed - The swimming pool is available only from 10 a.m. Some "crazy businessman" likes to start the day with swim or even in the sauna

Review 3：Wifi is not for free. TV channels are all in German. The very few channels in English are news channels. No safe box in the room. No kettle or tea in the room.

We changed our room because of the bathroom but there was also mold in the other one... Just a bit though but it's still not ok. The rooms have seen better times too and the beds weren't comfy...

Review 23：The "normal" rooms seem to be comfortable at first sight but actually they are not: they are hot and stuffy because they lack air conditioning and windows are so close to the ground that you can't leave them open. Plus I had the bad luck of having always somebody park right in front of my window - either with disco-music or with motor running. Very expensive internet.

Excellent Spa facilities included in the room price. Mainly a business hotel, but great for tourists as well. The restaurant is good, and reasonably priced.

Review 42：No face washer in bath room, minor detail. Bathroom is tiny, butmodern and clean. Smoking is allowed around the outside pool area, aswell as use of glass ware. This should not be so, for the comfort andsafety of guests.Beds: very hard!!! Had a difficult time getting a good night's sleep.

Review 43：Room 513: quiet room at the back, good size, plenty of space to spreadout all your things. Room has individual Air Con control, excellent asit was a warm few days! Modern Germanic interior, although the plastercast 'hunter style' dear head above the bed is more than macabre andquestionable in good taste! Very friendly and helpful staff at receptionand the bar at night time, although staff were a bit gruff and not sowelcoming at breakfast. Great pool and spa/relaxation areas, "wow"factor! Great bar at night, top food, serves are very big, don't getcaught by definition of "small snacks", the club sandwich is awesome andvery big and filling! Close to city centre by car (5 minutes) and 10walking minutes to Westpark shopping centre.

Review 44：No central airconditioning so some areas of the hotel were just to hot to sit in. The outside temperature was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Im sure in the winter this is not a problem but in the summertime the spa-sauna-inside pool area is unsusable. :(

Review 45：Excellent facilities and amazing staff. Poolside area is very nicely set up and the food and service were great. Room was very clean and very well equipped. Spa was gorgeous and the staff were lovely! The air-conditioning in our room was also great.
