Review 1：very small rooms, very small bathroom (not very clean), problem with the heating, old furniture, no king size comfort bed but 2 single beds in a old wooden frame, TV needs approx.10 seconds to change channel, breakfast (from 7.30 to 9.30- don't forget your alarm!) is very poor (Lidl yogurts on the table, not cooled during the hole morning)

Review 4：Amazing small place run by incredibly nice people who always like to help and tell you about the area. Located In the middle of the forest, with great breakfast and open bar at nights . good WiFi. Really recommend!!

Review 5：Beutiful gesthause with a big grass area were the kids loved to run and play. Central location- less than an hour drive to most of the attractions in the Black Forest. With the red Black Forest card we almost didn't spend money on attractions. Very nice and clean rooms ( we spent a week in a department and two days in a hotel room of the guesthouse). Friendly staff. We highly recommend this gesthause! Have a nice vacation!

Review 6：The area is beautiful, the people were friendly and the host went out of his way to be accommodating. Anyone who enjoys the "outdoors" would love this place. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Review 8：we stayed in the apartment and the owner was very nice and helpfull regarding any thing missing and he helped us with any trip we wanted to plan. the gesthouse is located about 5 min drive from titisee lake and from a supermarket for suplies

Review 10：The owners were only too happy to tell us all about the surrounding attractions and spent some time mixing with the guests. A bonus was that they spoke perfect English.

Review 11：-No elevator, but its only 2 or 3 stories high and the owner was kind enough to help us with the suitcases. -Everything else was great

Review 12：-Extremely nice staff, very helpful and kind, and speak great english! (which is apparently not so common). - Amazing view from the room and around! -Good breakfast, nicely served and diverse. -We planned on staying for 2 nights and had a change of plans. So the ownerquickly found us another room for an extra night. -If you stay 2+ nights you get a guest card that allows you to travel for free by public transportation and some attractions are for free. -Right across a bus station that takes you up the road to the Feldberg Barental train station.

Review 13：Some parts of the apartment feel neglected, such as mold in the shower, cobwebs and so on. There is no lighting on the porch !!.

Review 14：There is a huge space game behind the hotel. All beautiful, pastoral and 2 children under the age of 5. we stayed in apartment No. 3. The apartment was spacious, and had lots of space for children to run around. Large and comfortable kitchen. The view from the windows and balcony was stunning!

Review 15：Local eateries (no evening meal available) had fancy prices as high as double the average, very unusual in Germany. Service, food and location were nice, and we had the cheapest thing on the menu. The following day we bought a main meal at mid-day and had a picnic and a beer (honesty system) at the property.

Review 16：Staff, view, breakfast, weather Black forest card (free: available if you stay for 2 or more nights) bought us free lift pass on Feldberg. There were lots of other things it gave access to.

Review 17：Probably not the establishment's fault but we found the mattresses and pillows so soft they didn't give us sufficient support. But please don't let that put you off. We are probably quirky in our preferences.

Stuff is VERY friendly, nice and helpfull. over 2 nights - you get the Hochtshwartzwald card (the red card), they let you keep using the card after chack-out. Free parking.
