Reviews for Kaiserhof Victoria

Review 1:The front desk staff was not very friendly. The hotel is too broken up into different buildings. We were in the Garden Villa and it was like going through a maze to get to it from the front desk. The room was very basic and definitely over priced.

Review 2:The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the location. It is perfect for being able to get around town on foot.

Review 3:Frankenstuben restaurant is excellent - ambience and food.

Review 4:Poor whisky selection

Review 5:Just about everything, fabulous staff, great restaurant, beautiful decor

Review 6:alles war sehr gut.

Review 7:The reception staff could be friendlier Access to parking basement was ok but difficult to find on arrival

Review 8:Pool room and breakfast

Review 9:Very small bed. Isolated area, so quite a ways out of the way. No water cooker for tea or mini fridge to keep my water cool over night.

Review 10:Wellness type hotel, garage easy to get in and near rooms. Nice large buffet breakfast which was included in price. quiet area and easy to sleep.

Review 11:plain terrible

Review 12:the standard rooms are dreadful, the one-up category was large abd bad, shutters derelict and dirty - poor show of a hotel in a town of such reputation. they need to be ashamed making money out of caritas and similar rehab organisations - booking.com should throw them out of their listing

Review 13:No internet in the room. The room was very far from the main hall and there were so many stairs to climb. The room was very outdated and stuffy with no air-condition.

Review 14:The food served in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also great! The hotel is beautiful, but the room we stayed in was very outdated. Excellent location!

Review 15:An expensive disappointment. This once grand hotel (the first in Bad Kissingen to have electric lighting) in a beautiful spa town is badly let down by poor management. We had no hot water for 36 hours and while we understand things can go wrong, no one apologised. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room - which meant paying for room service or a ten minute walk from the garden rooms to the coffee bar in the main hotel. Apart from the excellent German bread, breakfast was rather poor quality. Even the garden is nothing special - cheap plastic sunloungers on the lawn etc. In an expensive, four star hotel, these are unacceptable faults. Above all, management seemed almost completely absent, while hard pressed staff rushed around and ended up delivering poor service. An expensive disappointment that lets down a charming town.

Review 16:The public rooms in the main hotel are lovely; the garden rooms are peaceful.

Review 17:Worn cover in the room, absence fridge, the bed was not verycomfortable, poor information in English

Review 18:Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast in ancient halls withstained-glass windows

Review 19:Parkgarage kostet extra

Review 20:Sauberkeit. Freundlichkeit des Personals

Review 21:perfect location and absoutley gorgeous hotel
