Review 1：This hotel had an industrial feel - not homey or welcoming. It was also very hard to find driving in at night. There is no signage.

Review 4：Fabulous breakfast buffet, something for everyone. Hotel also offers a dinner buffet and drinks at a lounge area. For families with kids, there is a kid playroom adjacent to the dining area. WiFi worked great. Location is convenient and in walking distance to town and lake.

Review 5：the bathroom was superb,the provided bodywash and hairdryer,comfortable beds and of course the spoiled for choice breakfast. not to forget the very friendly staff!

Review 6：Location, location, location. Was only there for 1 night, but you honestly cannot beat the location. It was convenient for my attendance at the annual Opera festival in Bregenz. The room was surprisingly spacious and really clean. The bathroom was big and the water pressure was strong. And there was plenty of hot water. The bed wasn't comfortable...but hey, this place isn't the Shangri-La. If you only need a place for 1-2 nights, this isn't going to put your back out. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. I was quite impressed with the range of food on offer, given the price. Wifi worked a treat for me (I was on the 3rd floor).

Review 7：It was very hot when we stayed and there is no air conditioning. Our room therefore was too hot and even with all the windows open we were unable to cool it down to a comfortable level.

Review 10：Location is perfect for a visit of the "Bregenzer Festspiele", since it is in 5 min. Walking distance. It was reasonably quiet and the breakfast was good. In comparison to the extraordinarily high rates for the other hotels in the "Festspiel-Season", the rate for a double room was ok (145 €). The staff was very friendly.

Review 11：Babybed was not present at arrival although it was confirmed by email a few days before our arrival. At first we were told that there were no baby-beds available anymore but luckely they found one at last

Review 19：They sell themselves as a hotel, as such they are too expensive for what you get. They're a youth hostel, with bunk beds and kids. A very good youth hostel with excellent staff but you will get woken at 6 am by 20 screaming kids. Everything else was fantastic.

Review 24：The environment and furniture is simple buy cozy, the rooms are also simple, smelling particularly good, super clean and comfortable. One night stay that fixed a couple of intense hiking and skiing days. Arrived exhausted and left regenerated.

Review 27：The rooms are very spartan. The walls are very thin, and wiggle when someone closes the door a little stronger. This vibration was even very noticeable in bed. Upon arrival, the heater was issued, so that the room was completely cooled down. The heater did not to heat the room until the night, so I had to sleep with two blankets. Fortunately, I had a double room for me. In the shower was in the joints black cheat and there were significant dust deposits on the window. The breakfast was nothing special. The coffee pathetic and oragnejuice synthetic. Since it was winter, I would have liked to see TV in the evening. There were only 18 programs (austrian, swiss and german) fed and the TV menu was only in Cyrillic, so you could not fix that at yourown. Although it was stated but I think it's still poor, that there was no free wifi in the rooms.

Review 32：I've made a reservation for 2 nights. Unfortunately my late meeting for next day was cancelled so I wanted to cancel my second night. That was quite a problem but receptionist was really nice and helpful and she menage to do that. I really appreciate her effort.

Review 109：I could not use credit card, because of the machine was broken. They don't have non-electric system about the credit card. The hotel staff had noticed about it when I checked-in, but they had not told it us properly. Therefore in the next morning, I had to go and back to the station to pick up my cash from ATM. At least I lost half of hour. The hotel staff just said sorry with smiling.
