Review 1：The room had a connecting door to the room next door which seemed to have very little sound proofing, I could hear conversations etc. This wasn't a problem but perhaps could have been with a noisy neighbour. Stayed only one night and didn't try the restaurant.

Review 14：Stayed in room M2. Walls was dirty, carpet was old and needed cleaning didn't even want to step with bare foot on it. Breakfast area is not well clean, coffee is instant and very cheap version. Very poor soundprofing could hear every car which pass by at night and next door neighbors when they talk.

Review 16：The wi-fi didn't work and it was not due to my laptop not working! Evening buffet: the food was just about edible; lacked imagination and was not hot. I hate icy cold plates for what is supposed to be hot food. Breakfast: some of the food was swimming in oil -- yuk. Getting tea/coffee from a machine was not good as the water was just warm and not hot.

Review 18：The room was decorated much nicer on previous new years. . Seemed very sparsely decorated. Starters were good but main buffets choice was not as good as their Sunday lunch menu. Went for Breakfast and no tables available, there seemed to be another seating area we saw on the way out, but there were no staff telling us to go there. Hang around for about 15 minutes waiting for a table, no glass for the juice at first, had to hunt around for cutlery. would not even bother with breakfast next time.

Review 29：We sty here several times a year to see friends living in Larnaca. Also, when our plane to Switzerland leaves too early or returns to late we stay here, as it is located very convenient to the airport, abourt Eur 15 by taxi. Good foof and friendly helpful manaemet and staff.

Review 32：I didn't like their buffet lunch, for me as a vegeteranian it was very basic, with few more euros i could get better varities at a close restaurant. Ordering a coffee in the afternoon wasn't easy with only one pissed off waitress available!!! Internet is not free weak.

Review 68：I always read reviews before I reserve my hotel accommodation. But I had to get a place near Larnaca international airport for a night. I stayed at Flamingo Beach hotel and I must say that this hotel has great breakfast, friendly people and a clean hotel with good location. Good value for money. Definitely I will book there again on my way back.

Review 69：I needed a place within my budget close to the airport this hotel was perfect for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful even with my late arrival. The room was nice and cozy everything was clean and tidy. The beach is right across the street from the hotel and very nice set up. The place has a lot to offer even for the short time I was there. Definitely a place I will visit again for a longer stay. By the way I notice all the road works were finished and its great for a walk on the beach.

Breakfasts - poor selection, nearly no fruit, no variation during 2 weeks Location - though at the sea but for vacation it is more like a city hotel, beaches and toruist infrastrure are better in Agia Napa. Also due to road reconstruction it is a very bad walk way to the downdown. Cannot be recommended for durable vacation. The hotal is used for birthdays and other selebration, very load music till late night at those days.

Review 88：It was derelict. Fungus in the bathroom on the ceiling. The breakfastwas disguting and unsanitary. There were huge pieces of egg shell in thescrambled eggs. The jogurt, white cheese and eggs all tasted likemargarin. I was afraid to touch anything there. The only thing I couldeat were toasts with packed jam. Very small coffee cups at breakfast andvery expensive tea in the bar. Avoid this place!

Reception staff more interested in taking calls from mobile than guest checking in. Booked an early morning call at check in and taxi - checked befroe going to bed, and they had it for room 201 we were 102! Good job we checked. Won't stay again.
