Review 1：nice spacious silent room, quite close to Baden Baden but at a much more reasonable rates. the hotel is quite huge and modern and the a buffet breakfast was really various and complete (we really much appreciated the fresh orange juice that you can help yourself. it has a free of charge parking available in front of the reception and offer free fresh apples at the entrance. it has a lift and a working wifi.

Review 17：Cold room at arriving. We needed to switch on all radiators there. After one hour it was ok.

Review 19：....the only food available - at least on a Monday night - was a burger without chips which would not grace Macdonalds. Breakfast was a bit thin for €14 and despite their assurances the wifi did not work in my room, though OK in the lobby. Overall a disappointment.

Review 21：WiFi could be faster. We've been living and the 5th floor, and 3 access points/networks for visitors are "visible" from there (they use maxspot.de services). However the average WiFi speed is 15-20 KB/sec only, 25 KB/sec was the top speed I've seen. Maybe it's normal speed for this region, don't know :)

Review 24：Due to a miscommunication in the booking they didn't know we werecoming. Since they had no rooms left, the kind lady at the desk offeredus the suite instead for the same price.Facilities were all very modern and clean. Great shower! Excellent breakfast and restaurant.
Review 25：They did not have coffee making in the rooms. Not easy to get anything to eat or drink at the hotel as the restaurant is not open for meals other than breakfast. Downstairs bar open but only in evening and not on weekends.

Review 29：The internet connection was really bad, we had to stand by the door close to the aisle if we wanted some connection. I really recommend the hotel to invest in more devices for wifi. The other thing that I didn't like at all was that the shower doesn't have it's own tile, it's the same as the bathroom one. I coudn't get a shower in there because I didn't had sandals.
