Review 8：Description of the hotel doesn't match the reality. It was written that the rooms are modern, individually decorated, but all we got was second-class economy hotel. Also, BIG problem with parking as we couldn't get a parking place when we arrived. On the other hand, breakfast was good, the place of the hotel is good.

Review 22：I travel a lot and that was the best hotel I've ever been. Very nice and helpfull stuff. Beauty and interesting design of rooms (my was 007 with james bond). Realy comfortable beds. Everything clean. Coffe-machine in each room. Delicious breakfast. And very close to the motorway. Very good idea to stay there when you come back from Italy to Poland.

Review 23：Location appeared to be on the edge of an industrial estate. Limited onsite parking and poor choice of places to eat nearby. We ended up going to a Burger King about 400 yards away.

Review 27：We had booked a double room and received a single room in which a double bed was installed with 1 long side against the wall. When complaining about it the manager said we could get a comfort room if we paid an addition.I was disappointed about this behavior for a 4 star hotel and found this was cheating your customers: if they offer a double room for a special price they should hold to it and not offer room S202 which was adapted with a double bed with only one sided access! I have travelled all over Europe since 30+ years and have never seen such a bad customer cheating behavior! On top of it the TV did not work; the lamp next to the bed did not function; the kleenex box was empty. Unbelievable how they got a 4 star rating!

Review 87：Very good location, next to the shopping/outlet mall, and the motorway. We got twin room on the 3rd floor, and it did not look as nice as expected from the brochure, but it was completely OK. Very nice breakfast served by polite staff. Front desk also helpful with dinner and city tips.

Review 98：We travelled recently from Belgium to Slovenia and found the location ideal. It's near the highway to Austria-Slovenia and about halfway to Slovenia-Croatia if you're coming from Belgium or the Netherlands. Expect friendly hospitality, a fine breakfast, very tidy rooms, tastefull interior. All you dream of as a traveller. The price was very honest. Aldough I hope they won't be reading this review and they'll alter the price when I check in next time:-)

Review 99：The hotel was so bad that you can write a whole book about it. Thishotel is not 4 star maximum 2 star. The room was in the backyard, it wastiny, and had no lift. No air conditioning (important when its 30°coutside) we arrived at night the room was extremely hot we were told bythe unfriendly hotel staff to open the window (which you should neverdo), once it was opened after a few minuts the room was invadedb by allsorts of insects and cockroaches. Worst of all at 6am someone from thehotel opened the door with a key, stood in top of our bed we woke up andhad to shout before the person left. We couldn't sleep so I went to thereceptionist to complain and ask for an extention of 1 hour on iurcheckout time (11am) she refused and when we told her that we will writea comment on the net she shouted infront of other guests I dont carewrite about it!
