Review 1：The staff is not helpful at all.

Review 2：Not worth it's price. The beds are very uncomfortable. The master bed is actually two small beds not even connected together. You may easily fall down between them during the night. The staff did not react for my complaints.

Review 16：Excellent hotel with own small sandy beach. Close to the highway leading to the airport; no need to pass through Larnaca city. Therefore an excellent place to pas the last night before a flight. I wouldn't stay in this hotel for beach holidays, however, as there are tons of more scenic and better beach places all around the Island.

Review 17：Room for buffet boring and claustrophobic. Music for evening buffet too loud. Tables outside on the terrasse were not ready for dinner. Alternative restaurants in hotel missing. Ladies at the reception often not so friendly and patient, often rushed. But all others very nice, helpful, friendly, make you feel home. Matresses at the beach should get wiped before handed over to the clients.

Review 18：Setting of hotel in the whole very nice. Several employees with hearing and speaking challenges make the hotel even more likeable, gives a special touch and makes it more familial.

At the check-out day we called for the porter, but he didn't come at all, so we had to carry all the luggage from the second floor by ourselves. VERY weak Wi-Fi, even paid one.

Review 33：- Swimming pool with no guard!!!!! and I have to watch my kids all the time. - Wi-Fi, I have to pay for Wi-Fi or I have to go to the lobby to use the internet which has very weak signal. - Reception staff are talking in a very bad way. - amount of money I paid almost same with Faros in Agia Napa which I booked through Booking.com also in my last two days which I really like it. That is unfair.

Review 35：The complex has a lot of ants and wild cats. Both visit the outside breakfast tables at breakfast. Our room also had a lot of ants particularly in the bathroom. The cats are allowed to roam freely around the complex and beg for food. The WiFi is charged per media device and can work out very expensive. We could not get the free WiFi to work anywhere on the complex. The beds were 2 single beds pushed together with the double bed being a fold out divan.

Review 36：The breakfast was excellent (if eaten inside). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The complex was very clean and fairly well maintained. The gardens are beautiful and well kempt. The swimming pools were very clean.

Review 37：We had two times lip stick prints on our coffee cup in the morning. Filthy tables, plates and cutlery. Free WiFi only available in the lobby and it is so slow and poor that it useless. Staff is impolite and does not pay attention to guests.

Review 38：I was extremely disspointed to arrive at the Hotel to find that our room had been given away to someone else. Whilst the Manager arrange for us to stay somewhere else and provided us dinner, I still found it very poor.

Review 49：The hotel was cheep. No problem parking rental car for free. Nice poolBar was reasonalble and has happy Hours Breakfast had a goodselection. Hotel and staff were not bad but nothing special. There isa kids play area, kids pool, and it is on the beach with shallow wateron the beach edge.

Review 52：My only complaint is customer service. One manager was entirely unprofessional flirting with me asking me to take a midnight stroll on the beach with him. And another manager was very rude when it came to check out. We were 20 mins late checking out due to confusion of check out time. Her exact words were "Don't be sorry, just check out". That really ended my stay on a sour note.

Review 53：The location was excellent. The beach and pool area was beautiful. The rooms were well kept, and comfy bed. They were up to par on stocking your fridge and cleaning rooms.

The air conditioning was not on and when I asked about it, the staff told me they do not turn it on in this time of the year so I had to suffer two nights from heat, noise, and lack of sleep, until one helpful front desk staff sent me a fan to the room ! The Hotel in general does not look like a 4-star hotel and the room amenities are poor too, even the TV is an old CRT model ! The internet was not fast enough too.

Review 57：The hotel is huge and has a lot of space, good facilities and services, along with beautiful views from the room, and nice swimming pools. The breakfast and lunch buffets were rich and tasteful.

Review 58：1. Old furniture, TV, hairdryer, & phone in the room. I don't watch TV on vacation, but the big old TV provided occupied a lot of place (not much place left after the sofa was made into a double bed, and baby’s cradle installed); I'd rather don't have any TV. 2. Water in the pools was cold, even in the indoor pool. It's pity, taking into consideration the sauna is 100 EUR per day extra. 3. Relaxed personnel at the canteen and reception. They were not particularly rude, but almost never smiled, and some time were not helpful. Dramatic contrast with nearby restaurants. Looks like for some Palm Beach waiters it was already a low season. 4. Ants - there was a distinctive smell of them in the room. 5. The Dinners weren't bad, but after couple days we preferred the restaurants around the hotel & in Larnaca due to fresh sea food available there. 6. Gym wasn't available till 9:00am - a disadvantage for me. 7. Generally we had an impression that all the hotel's been kept untouched since the 80s as much as possible, including design, equipment & personnel.

Review 59：1. We stayed at Bungalow; it provided us good opportunity to spend time at the veranda with a nice view to the pool and the palms. 2. Breakfasts buffets were good (but absolutely identical for all the 11 days). 3. It was nice that Buffets were available for lunch too some days, and it was possible to change dinner to lunch for free for half-board. 4. Location is good, close to the airport and Larnaca, with some restaurants and shops around. 5. Sea water was a bit cold for the majority of guests (+23 DegC, which is normal for November), but I still enjoyed snorkeling. There are two big diving centers close to the hotel, I got my first PADI certificate; diving was amazing (comparing to Turkey and Russian Sochi). 6. Kind of specific advantage - a lot of cats in the hotel: my elder daughter really appreciated opportunity to feed them. 7. Room service. 8. Good gym with bench press and weights. 9. Hotel guests were mostly calm and didn't bothers us at all. 10. Good pressure hot water. 11. Nice garden with a lot of trees & palms & flowers; citrus trees - mandarins & oranges - with fruits.

Review 60：Air conditioning did not work properly; safe box was broken and staff was not able to repair during our stay. Cleaning staff did not clean room, if by ocassion your presence in the room and time cleaning staff came is overlaping. On request to come later to clean ,answer was - my day working day at this time will be over :-(.

Review 61：Hotel located ideally on the sea shore, away from the city center & city noise. In the mid of November with limited number of tourist was an ideal place for relaxation! Highly recommend this hotel as a calm place for recreation. What could be better, than spending 24 hours next to the sea!

Review 70：The Maintenance Man actually putting live electricity wires in the pool whilst my partner was swimming. The Omlette station lady refusing to make an Omlette with egg whites and little oil. The watered down juice at breakfast. The lack of fresh fruit at breakfast. The fact that the breakfast room was hot and stuffy. I had to ask for tea bags in the room twice when we run out after 3 days of them not being replenished. There were no staff to take drinks orders by the pool.

Review 71：The Hotel Room was clean & comfortable. The Beach towels left in the room everyday was welcome. The reception were welcoming and efficient and helpful. The concierge was very helpful when trying to sort out car hire.

Review 83：Everything... there was nothing more that could be asked of the hotel, the staff, the facilities. I have been there for four years in a row visiting family who live in Nicosia. They try to encourage me to stay in Nicosia. I always prefer to stay at Palm Beach, hire a car and drive to Nicosia. The staff know me now and the welcome is warm and genuine. Breakfast amazing. Go there. It's brilliant.

Review 84：Staff at the reception should have more hospitality training and they should be more flexible. Tour office had limited option. Charcoal used for shisha is not good better to replace it with another one specially made for shisha.

Review 86：We we're staying over there for 3 days, It might be a 4 star hotel according to its facilities BUT! the staff at the reception//house keeping will treat you like ****.to start with, when me and my girlfriend arrived to our room, which we upgraded to Superior following recommendations, we found out that the some items from the minibar were open on a shelf on top of it, we we're missing our towels and bathrobes, and the sleepers, we had twin beds even tho we've asked for double, and it looked like everything there was arrange for the stay of a single person. calling to the reception about the minibar thingy, they sent someone right away, however, when she came and i pointed at the obviously opened pack of nuts she told me that i'm wrong and it's closed till i showed her that it is with my hands, same for the bottles that were misplaced and open. next for the missing housekeeping items and the single person arranged room, we called house keeping and they asked me if i'm guest or crew, cause according to their record i'm a crew member, i told her to check it out because we had a late check in and maybe this room had a day use before. when i said that we're missing our towels and bathrobes they agreed to send someone after a long argument, finally a housekeeping lady arrived with only one bathrobe. so back to the phone, the house keeping supervisor yelled at my girlfriend on the phone that we're lying and the guest in our room is a crew member called Gustav something. realizing that i wont be able to handle it by phone, i went down to the reception. the receptionist was sleeping standing with her eyes open, we asked from her five times to see what's wrong with our room till she finally did, she called the housekeeping and they discussed the matter, I've heard laughing thruogh the conversations, so now they are laughing at me?

Review 102：Very 1960 or 1970s. My goodness it should be rated 3 stars for room size, shabby carpets, 1970 TVs and overall look. Beach is beautiful but no staff to manage umbrellas, sunbed requests etc. The battle for sundeck is shambolic, unless you are familiar with the setup you are on your own. Hotel needs urgent major renovations in every aspect apart from the lounge. They do not seem to understand we live in 2014 not 1914.

Review 103：Reception staff friendly and helpful with homely atmosphere. Refurbished lounge with nice simple meals and drinks. Beautiful beach side and pool. Location is perfect with easy access to the centre and rest of the island.

Review 104：So the credit card was not actually for reservations, they charged my credit card. I explicitly mentioned that I prefer to pay cash, and in the booking confirmation was also written that my credit card won't be charged! though they charged it even before we checkout!!! not-acceptable!

Review 110：Some people working at the reception didn't look friendly and their behavior was cold, so the first impression is that you don't feel welcome. There wasnt, a good arrangement at the beach front, so all the time umbrellas and sunbeds were moving here and there. The entrance for vehicles on the beach front of the hotel should be forbidden. Instead, every 10 minutes a man on a motor vehicle drives on the beach to sell drinks and ice creams illegally, making noise and being annoying for the residents who breathe the vehicle fumes instead of the fresh sea breeze.
