Review 3：Too much shake hands. Its nice if the waiter introduce himself but please not with shake hands. Its a bit too much.

Review 4：The hotel is in an excellent position for skiing and you can ski in and out directly from the hotel. We hired all the equipment in the hotel which was so convenient and easy. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The spa and indoor/outdoor pool is lovely. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food. This hotel is excellent value for money and we had a really enjoyable stay. A real treat.

Review 5：Whilst the food quality was good we felt the "A la carte" menu was somewhat limited. It was called a "Degustation" menu but it was never that - at least not by British definition
