Review 1：The staff - the main owner especially, but unfortunately I didn't know his name - were extremely friendly, cooking delicious home-cooked food when the other restaurants in town were closed and giving a great welcome, and giving great tips on the local area. Extremely happy and helpful guy. My room was a single room but was a really big size, completely comfortable and had a great view over Jablonec. Thanks!

Review 2：Hana's cooking was so good that the food in other restaurants couldnot compete. I would still like her recipe for goulash!

Review 3：Pension Ayky was in a lovely setting up on a hill overlooking Jablonecnad Nisou. I chose that town because of the glass museum, I am a glassartist, and also because we like to take long walks. Added to that werethe lovely breakfasts and dinners prepared by Hana and served by Tomaswho joined us for lively and informative morning chats where we learnedabout the area and much more. We truely enjoyed ourselves.

Review 4：We had booked a superior room one week prior to arrival which had been confirmed, however on arrival we were put into room 1 the smallest room! On querying this the owner had given our room to occupants after our booking! Unacceptable. And if I hadn't complained I'm sure the owner would have charged us the full amount if it were not for my Czech friends intervention. However once rumbled the owner Tomas was very apologetic. The room we were given room 1 had the most uncomfortable bed settee I've had the misfortune to sleep on! I would only recommend a superior room for this pension. The breakfast was adequate. 3 stars only out of five because of this incident.

Review 11：Checked in at 2am with no problem and even at that hour the staff were extremily polite, helpful and flexible to our needs. The stay was good as was the Hotel, were even able to Check out late with no extra charge. Would reccomend the Pension if your after a nice hotel with a view at a reasonable price. Its worth going just to enjoy the beautifully kept Garden!

Review 13：Beautiful garden space! Hotel is very quaint and had additional services I didn't get to explore. Convenient location for bead shopping. Good size room. Really liked having a guest happy hour 7-8PM. Potential for BBQ, yum. Secure parking next door. Owner very willing to accomodate any special group outing you may be considering. Owner personable in English dispite having a greater command of German.
