Review 1：The dining room for breakfast was vast and impersonal with a haphazard buffet breakfast. The Casino is clearly a busy and essential part of the hotel as a profit centre and the only part of the hotel where one could get a drink.

Review 3：working in Temuco from time to time, this hote offers very good facilities, like soa, gym & pool area. rooms are big. Great breakfast facilities in the morning. Shopping Center near by and a lot of good Restaurants as well.

Review 6：the reception could be held by robots. the most impersonal staff I have ever seen. My room was heavily flooded by a huge water infiltration on the roof, lights went off, phone died and water poured from the ceiling. I ran to the reception and was really worried, but the people at the reception barely moved. They gave me a new room (I even had to carry my stuff myself to the new room) and that's it. Nobody asked me how I was or offered me a beer for the scare. Zero points to customer attention. This actually applies for most Chilean hotels, they mostly are the same but this one won first prize.
