Review 1：Being put in room on the 1st floor looking into building . Listening to loud music coming from building opposite until 2 in the morning. Restaurant was closed all weekend . Very poor for supposed to be 4 star

Review 3：Rediculously high price and ratings for what was received. I know Denmark is expensive but I paid 300 dollars for a 2 star room. Anywhere else in the world you would pay 100 and still be slightly disappointed. Disinterested staff Small room, not high quality for 3.5 star rating. Food was ok, cafeteria style. Dock and ship *in their uniforms* workers were using the hotel in high numbers, so walking around the hotel felt like being on a job site.

Review 9：Far too expensive for the value you get. Esbjerg is an oil and offshore industry town, so hotel prices are accordingly.

Review 13：The chain has introduced a new "eco " policy which means that the room is only cleaned every 3 days. They do not even make the beds on the second day. You have to put in a request to have your room cleaned.

Review 15：1. Rooms need AC during summer period. Fans create a flow of air - but the flow of air is still hot and humid. 2. Using environmental considerations to reduce the frequency for cleaning rooms should not be used to reduce staff numbers. There should be sufficient staff to clean all rooms daily. Towels & sheets changed when required but no longer than every 3 days.

Review 17：The fact that there was no minibar at each room. That I had to pay for coffee, which is not the case at other hotels, the restaurant was of poor quality, the room was with very old furniture and the shower was miserable.

Review 27：The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. The window would only open a slighty bit so could get no fresh/cool air into the room.
