Review 1：The hotel is clean, well-maintained and is located at a peaceful place. The staff here is very helpful and courteous. Also, the plus point is that the hotel is located just opposite to the bus stop, so for those who are planning to travel by local transport its very convenient.

Review 2：The noise. It's close to the street. There is traffic until 1 am and you can hear it. The guy attending breakfast. not the most friendly person. The person in the restaurant at evening is nice, but he was alone so, waiting time is long.

Review 3：Location. Close to Feldberg and Titisee. Breakfast was quite Ok. Cleaning also. Schnitzels in the restaurant, really good!!

Review 4：The location of the hotel is great, very close to all areas Titsee and Fledberg. The card we got saved us alot of money. The staff are really nice . They tried to . help. They even did the laundry for us .

Review 5：the stuff is really nice and helpful, the capability of English is also good, which is convenient for international tourist. On the other hand, their restaurant is worth to try, inexpensive but delicious:)

Review 6：Kitchen closed early (around 8pm). Understandably so, given it was pre-season, but somewhat inconvenient. Also, we hiked quite the detour finding it as there is no sign coming from Titisee on the Westweg at the correct turn off, at least we didn't spot it.

Review 8：The room wasn't cleaned for two days because the cleaning staff wasnt there (Not scheduled, called in sick?? Not sure..) Shower head was broken and continuously fell down. Bathroom in General left something to be desired.

Review 9：The Restaurant was very good. The staff very friendly and helpful with hiking routes in the area. The outside terrace area has a gorgeous view of a flowered Meadow with horses. Staff was also very tolerant of our two small (and loud) Kids. Note: it's not walkable to town...we thought it was a Little closer to town/Titisee, but in reality it's quite along walk. Not this that is a bad Thing, rather something to be Aware of.

Location: we were very pleased but one must drive everywhere if you are not taking the bus - whether you will be happy depends on your preference.

You have the cards, but you must talk to each location explaining why they don't read correctly. - Proper heating level has been adjusted only a day late (Chilling in the night..) - The small lobby room had an awful smell, although cleaning was constantly made. To be fair - this wasn't reported o the staff at that time (we simply thought nothing could be done.) - Worth paying 150 Euro less somewhere w/o breakfast and w/o the Black Forect Card, and have a fridge instead.

Review 38：We were 2 Adults + 2 Kids (Ages 5 and 7). The staff has welcomed us wonderfully, and helped with the luggage even in our late arrival (around 8:30pm) The location is perfect for every travel to the surrounding. We've had a very large room with a small (though dark) lobby room.

Review 39：Absence of a lounge area for hotel guests - since we were a large group occupying multiple rooms, it would have been nice to use a common space in the hotel. Though they didn't mind that we occupied a whole table for the whole evening in the super restaurant.

There was a very convenient separate room (like a diningroom w/tv) that my husband and I could close the door to while thekids were sleeping. Our quad room had two king size beds and a largersized twin bed. Perfect for my family of 5. We ate supper and breakfasthere and each time was delicious. The staff spoke great English and wasvery friendly and helpful. This is a family friendly environment. Thelocation is very convenient to Titisee lake which has greatshopping/sightseeing/restaurants and other lakes that are niceto hike around.

Review 50：This is the 4th time I've stayed here with a group of motorcycling friends. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the food is good & the staff are very friendly & helpful. Tittisee is an area I will come back to on my motorcycle for many years to come & this is where I shall stay.

Review 52：The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the web site. They are verysmall, old, out dated, mold in the shower, stained towels and carpet,and the only views are of the highway directly in front of the hotel.The room below us had a pipe burst arond midnight and it was difficultto find someone who worked there. The hotel is way over priced for thequality. Staff seemed tired of tourist and only one spoke any English(not a problem, but good to know). Needless to say, we will never bestaying here again.

Review 53：It was a short drive to the Feldberg ski lifts one direction, andanother short drive to the charming town of Titisee. The food at thehotel was ok but convenient. The Black Forest card was also nice/money saving.

Review 54：The room and the bathroom is a little bit small for 2 adults ,1 little children and a little rabbit. For a couple it is ok ,small but comfortable.

Review 59：Since we came with a baby I sent an e-mail in advance and was told that there would be a bath tub in the room, but eventually there was just a shower. Staff is not very friendly. There are renovations going on (scaffolds right in front of the balcony) but nothing was told about it in advance, nor was the booking site informative of that.

Review 61：Very clean & spacious room. Pleanty of room for our family of 3. Great location for skiing. There is also a bus stop right out front if you needed to take it to the slopes as parking was crazy at 9am.
