Review 1：There were times when free wifi did not work. But we didn't mind one bit.

Review 2：This was a most pleasant stay at a lovely Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, a balcony with a lovely view. Very clean. The staff from check-in to check out absolutely wonderful, spoke perfect English, though I am a Swiss native knowing German. Dinner at their main Hotel Schwarzwaldhof only 300 feet away was delicious. We plan on going back to this wonderful Hotel during our next trip.

Review 3：Absence of staff. (except breakfast) No reception. We had to walk into the town to another hotel to get the key and any information. More like a block of flats than a hotel.
