Review 5：I've been touring in the music business for a very long time and out of the hundreds of hotels I have used, the staff at The Garden Hotel Krefeld are the most pleasant and helpful I have ever seen!!! OK, the hotel had seen better days with its décor and quirky small lift that goes to reception on 10th floor, but the comfortable beds, cleanliness and the staff made up for all this.

Review 22：- They took the money from my credit card without my permission - it was supposed to be only pre-authorization, as always. I asked for a cancellation, because the money was simply taken away from me. Instead, I wanted to pay in cash. They agreed, but ordered to pay EUR 10 for the trouble. - and all the rest was just weak - ultra small lift (only for 2,3 - 2,7 persons :) I do not recommend - embarrassment.

Review 24：There are only 10 parking places front of the hotel. At our arrival itwas full. By check in the staff told me I can park around 200 meter awayon street.. Or they have garage also for 6 EUR/day.. After a littleargue I told them that on the website it says it is free, finally theygave me a key to a garage for free..

Review 28：- The reception is in the 10th floor. - You have to take two different lifts to reach to your room [[The one from down stairs & another one from the 10th floor to the 8th floor]] - The furniture is somehow old school fashion, but it's in very good condition.

Review 32：Reasonably priced, breakfast and WiFi included in price. Rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Breakfast is good, WiFi is a bit slow, but works OK. Friendly staff. Recommended foor a short stay.
Review 33：access to the rooms was difficult as you need to use two different lifts to different floors to reach your room. I checked in 29 august the room was warm when you open the window you can here the traffic.

Review 35：The lifts (you needed two and change to get to your room) were minute and claustrophobic. The balcony was not individual and felt a bit like a concrete sixties tower block. The pillows were made of cheap bouncy foam. The whole experience felt like staying in a budget hotel.

Review 37：Apart from the strange lift formation - you have to go up to the tenth floor to register at reception and then use another lift to go down to the floor on which you room has been alocated - which was quirly, but not a problem, there is litle to complain about in this hotel. The only niggle i have, and this seems to be common to all German hotels, is that no facilities to make a hot drink are provided in the room. Everywhere else in the world does this, why not in Germany?
Review 38：This hotel was in an easy to find location and provided adequate parking. The room was immaculate and the beds amongst the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Also provided was a small fridge with some complimentary items, which were very much appreciated. The continental breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and the dining room and staff were very customer friendly.

Review 41：The elevator arrangement is not so convenience you have to taketwice(one on the 10 floor to the reception and another one to the floorof your room) and with the relatively small size of the elevator thatmean you cannot travel by group. In addition you are required to hand inyour room key to reception when you are out for dinner or shopping.
