Review 1：We were in room 2. My only complaint was that the soundproofing between us and room 1 could be better. There were some people staying in room 1 who had extremely loud voices. I could hear every word they said as if they were sitting next to me.

Review 2：Little English spoken but the staff were delightful. I was unwell when we visited and was sitting by the fire with my husband when a lovely young man who worked there brought me over a cinnamon and honey tea with some honey to help my throat. The location is great and the beds very comfortable.

Review 3：Very pleasant understated boutique type hotel. Fitted in beautifully with the town environment. Wonderful views from rooms, comfortable facilities, great breakfast and absolute gem was Gabriella, manager of the hotel who looked after us in every possible way, and made this feel like our home.

Review 4：No room service because they couldn't find the key for the room, unorganised staff. Bad quality breakfast, not much variety to choose from. Wouldn't recommend it.
