Review 1：Breakfast. Poor selection of under average food. Extremely weak wifi signal in my room.

Review 4：All stuff were very polite and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, we had good time in welness center. Breakfast were delicious that my child ate more than usual.

Review 5：We stayed in the bridal suite; you don't need to be a newly married couple to enjoy the luxuriousness of this suite. Everything about it was sensational. We couldn't believe it. From the huge bathroom to the star lights in the canopy over the immense bed, the whole experience was unbelievable. The difference in price between a regular room and the bridal suite enticed us - MONEY WELL SPENT. It was really fun. And, I must say, everyone at the hotel really rendered top notch service.

Review 6：as there were not a lot of guests at this period breakfast was not by buffet but order from the menu. No issue if you dont have small kids. However this didnt impact our opinion that it is best hotel in Zlin.

Review 8：Slow Wi-Fi. The bath is high and there is no place to hold when you get in and out. Might be dangerous... Also, there is no place to hange the shower hand set so you take a shower with only one hand. Annoying...

Review 28：During our last night it was the large party in the hotel and there wastoo loud music till midnight (even inside our rooms). With small child,3-hours difference in time (with our own zone) and early wake up nextday (at 4 A.M. local time) - it was too extremal for us. Not all thestaff undestand English well. We booked the room with mini-kitchen(that we planned to use for child); but in the room there was only mini-bar fridge and electric cooker with oven, but there was not: microwave,electric kettle, any plates, cutlery, cups... Oven without plates andpots is useless. :-(. Finally the elcetric kettle was provided to useby our request by receptionist. :-). The breakfast is not reach enoughtfor 5 stars.

Review 29：The rooms were clean and large, very nice bathroom. The staff (thatsspeaks English) is very ftiendly and supportive, but unfortunately notall receptionist can understand English. Spa zone was really nice.
