Review 1：The weather was 100 degrees and staff said they didn't have any fans. Didn't really go out of their way to help make it more comfortable in the hot apartment.

Review 5：We booked this apartment, but unfortunately, we did not have the chance to see it. Upon arrival we were told that our stay would be in another apartment, allegedly bigger but for the same price. No reason for this move or an alternative were given. The new place was closer to the town centre, but simpler and differed considerably from what we saw on the pictures on booking.com. What’s more important, later that day we discovered that the apartment was run by the same hotel, but advertised under a different name (Haus am Schwedenwall). And under that name it cost around 60 euros less! We confronted the management, and only then did they agree to charge us less. Would they do the same, if we had not found out? The next day the Wi-Fi speed dropped considerably, making internet use very difficult. This clearly constitutes a breach of contract, and only our limited time and focus on travelling rather than sitting in the apartment prevented us from taking this matter further. We were very disappointed that this happened to us in Germany, where we used booking.com many times and never had a single problem up till now.
Review 6：The room smelled very badly of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking place. No obvious attempt had been made to clear the cigarette smell and freshen the room. I hope the previous guests were fined for smoking in the room. Such a shame in a newly build place. Not really convenient to have to get keys from another location/hotel but understand this site is unmanned.
