Review 1：Due to an early departure, I went for breakfast early, as I was leaving, extra items where brought out to the breakfast buffet, would have liked the full buffet options from the beginning.

Review 2：Excellent staff, from arrival to departure. Nicely decorated room, bright and spacious.

Review 3：2 blocks from train station, 1 block from pedestrian shopping street. Hotel Restaurant for dinner was AMAZING, breakfast buffet was excellent. Stylish hotel. Bathroom had deep bath tub.

Review 4：There was a festival on and we didnt manage to get served in the hotel both nights we stayed there due to the waiting time. Think they could have reserved some tables for guests. Breakfast could be improved.

Review 6：No Halal meat on menu. Could not see a printer in the business centre, but i didnt ask so they may still have it elsewhere. Needed to press my shirt but had to go to the ironing room on second floor for that.

Review 8：Internet was out about 33% or more of the time. Breakfast was a major disappointment for a nice place like this. Food and drinks very over priced in the hotel, but better out in the city.

Review 10：The room was constantly too hot. The "spa" bath is loud and uncomfortable. There are no views. If you dont put "do not disturb on the door" the staff will walk in several times without knocking.

Review 12：The lift is quite noisy, if you are a light sleeper, try avoid the room next to this. It didn't bother me but was definitely noticeable.

Review 14：There is a bar/disco in the basement of the hotel. We arrived at 11pm with our daughter and there were dozens of drunk bar-goers blocking the hotel entrance. The hotel should not allow this. The noise of of bar patrons shouting in the streets could be heard in the room.

Review 16：The food was very average. The pillows on the bed were too small and too soft and they were not offering support to the head properly so very uncomfortable. The water power in the shower was very weak.

Review 21：On arrival we were informed we had booked 3 rooms...glad i had my reservation copy (through 'booking.com'), as the young receptionist wasnt very helpful at all stating she couldnt help me cancel it. I waited until staff changeover & approached a slightly older lady who was very accomodating & we had it sorted in no time.

Closing the hotel restaurant (and the city reastaurants as well) at 0900 pm is to early ... but we got a burger! Some noise from outside the hotel during the night.

Review 90：Parking can be a problem. There is a hotel parkingdeck and they gave me a voucher to put on my dashboard. But there wasn't enough space (parkingdeck was full) and all of a sudden the hotel personell denied that they promissed me a parkingplace. It gave me problems with local parkingwarden and I still had to pay voor parking of the hotel.

Review 95：The pillows were very soft. The wifi speed was very good (10mbit/10mbit) but on the second floor the signal was very poor (at least for the mobile phones and ipad). The air conditioning made a very loud noise when switched to auto or level 3. The staff told us that they are aware of the problem.

Review 96：The hotel looks very modern and new. The room was really big and looked nice. It has a mini bar with a small space to store something personal (it can fit a couple of cans or 50cl bottle). It also has a kettle to make some tea. The bathroom was really big and very clean, it was great. The location was good, next to a big square where you can find several places to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant and you can ask them to bring the food to your room (though the prices were a bit high) The hotel has a parking place. The breakfast was very good, many things to choose from.

Review 97：Paying twice. Upon arrival my card was authorised and money deducted from my account. When I checked out, I was debited the actual cost of the stay. Unbeknown to me, the first amount was taken and I am down nearly £300. My bank informs me that I will get the money back but this practice is wrong and it was never explained that this would happen.

Review 106：The location is good for shopping on the walking street and for visiting other places close by like the island Fano and the old historical town Ribe. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was tasty and generous.

Review 107：In a very quiet town where this hotel is located, the check-out times are strangely too early at 11:00 a.m., and they allow absolutely no flexibility on this. General usage areas of the hotel appear in need of a serious renovation or at least more careful cleaning. Front desk personnel urgently needs to be thought/trained how to be more customer friendly instead of being always angry looking in appearance and needlessly arrogant in their approach to all sort of basic guest enquiries.

Review 108：The only hotel with views of the central square of the city. A reasonable restaurant with friendly personnel and good service. Free carparking is a major plus.

The quality of the food was very good and relatively good value. The first stay the bedroom was on the second floor looking over the gardens and car park and was a very pleasant, modern room.

Had to ask to move rooms. Quality of food in the Underground Pub. Volume was fixed on the TV thus could not adjust - volume was too loud.
