Review 1：Great experience all around!

Review 2：The lady that served us at breakfast was great! Everyone else was pleasant, but nothing you wouldn't expect at such a nice hotel. The room was fantastic and I thought the sheer curtain in front of the shower made a nice touch!

Review 3：Wireless Internet didn't work at all--hotel has very limited bandwidth as per the hotel staff. Coffee machine in the room was broken. Desk chair was semi broken. Staff doesn't stay put, every time I went to the front desk or the bar....I had to wait. The hotel rooms are more Hippie than Urban.

Review 4：Location...restaurant was good for dinner...breakfast was okay, but not nearly as good as most German 4-star hotels.

Review 5：First of all I had garbage from the last guest in both of my trash cans, there are no refridgerators, no possible way to keep cool drinks,ant this was suppose to be a Suite. Breakfast was a complete failure,I waited 15 minutes for a plate a half hour for a little bacon the Orange juice was piss warm, you could see that they clearly didn't have any experience in cooking for more than 10 guest.

Review 10：The hotel was an example of convenience. Convenient parking, a great bar, great breakfast, and our room was spacious clean and exceptionally comfortable. It was truly a great experience. We decided to extend our stay another night based on the first.

Review 19：Just be aware that there is only a sheer drape (and a wall of glass) separating the shower from the bedroom. (You should be very comfortable with your room mate if you share the room! :)

Review 23：WiFi did not work in my room. I raised the issue at least 4 times and got 6 different excuses. They offered to move my room but it had to be late in the day. Late in the day when I asked to change rooms they said it had to be early in the morning. I just had to put up with it on this trip. I haven't had problems before on past stays.

Review 31：I am an American doing business in Germany and do not speak German. My telephone in my room never worked. I talked to everyone at the front desk in the morning and in the evening and they promised, but never did anything. The last night they said will change my room, but it was 930pm at night. They said will come and change my telephone. but never came. Everyday I asked to speak to the manager they said he was no there. I told them I need to conduct business when in my room and people need to call me. They told me to use my cell phone or come to the desk and conduct my business. They staff just listened to me and said yes and never did anything. They just did not care.

I ate there every day for 4 days straight and the staff wouldsometimes disappear for 30 minutes or forget to pick up a finished dishor take up to 20 or 30 minutes to deliver a simple drink. Very odd forsuch a high quality hotel. The room cleaning would sometimes forget toreplace the water bottles or shower gel. No mini-bar in the rooms.

Review 100：I stayed in a suite on the 5th floor and it was very modern, very nicelyfurnished and with a large balcony and view onto Stifts Platz that wasunbeatable. The hotel is very well decorated with a trendy Los Angelesfeel. I don't think there is any hotel in the area that can competewith this level of design quality.

Review 109：The new manager obviously see the "guest lounge" including free coffee, water + snacks as not so important. First the coffee machine was broken and has not been repaired FOR WEEKS and no water + snacks were available, now the coffee machine works again most of the time, water is there but no snacks. That would all not traouble me that much if the hotel would not keep advertising especially those benefits (still) in all the internet portals + descritions, also in booking.com.
