Review 2：Nice comfy rooms, clean and beautifully furnished. Toiletries provided, little extra choclate son be nice touch. Fresh breakfast mad to order
Review 3：perfect location, even if not attending a football match in neighboured Borussiapark, absolutely splendid for a football game visit! very nice rooms and facilities, good kitchen, very quiet location; love it and surely will be back.
Review 4：Given that the room was well furnished with quality fittings, the towels in the bathroom were old and worn. The quality of the internet connection was poor and as a consequence unable to conduct private Business. The hair dryer was found to be broken as it did not blow hot air.

Review 6：You can hear people in the corridor what can be disturbing (not the other rooms). And the light switch was curiously connected (but could also be me not understanding ;-)
Review 7：A nice and cosy place with loads of atmosphere. Good breakfast and enough parking space. Perfectly situated if you want to see a football match of the local team, city center is a 5 minutes drive away. Close to the highway and regional airport.

Review 12：Location is far from city center, but there is free parking and bus isnearby. Quite overpriced. Did not have the breakfast but was stillcharged for it (at 17 euro per person!). Only after persistentcomplaining, they refunded although they stated that this was againsttheir policy. So beware of your bill when checking out, the breakfast isstated there as "business packet".

Review 15：Our room was excellent, the staff very friendly and courteous. Freshfruit in our room on arrival was a nice extra touch that seems to havedisappeared from so many hotels in recent years. SUperb soundproofing!

Review 20：The mattress was incredibly soft. We asked the reception desk if therewere anything they could do about it, and they said that another guesthad already requested their only "emergency kit" for this kind ofcomplaint. Since we were going to stay there for only one night, themattress was bearable; otherwise, we would probably have gone to anotherhotel (this is how soft the mattress is). It´s a shame that such alovely hotel doesn´t do anything about this issue, since the mattressesseem to be the object of regular complaint by the guests.
Review 21：We were in M´Gladbach to watch a football match at Borussia Park, whichis located only 200m from the hotel, so location for us was perfect. Thehotel is lovely, with a likely high-end restaurant attached to it (wedidn´t try it though). Staff were corteous. Room was really spacious,with a small living room separated from the bedroom, two flat screenTVs, lots of closet space and a very large bathroom (shower and tubseparated). The sofa in the living space could accommodate two morepersons, making the bedroom a really good option for those travellingwith kids. Parking space available in front of the hotel for free.Complimentary plate of fruits in the room. Tea/coffe making facilities.
