Review 1：The staff were not very friendly or has helpful as they could have been. Was kept waiting at the bar whilst the bar man served 5 other people whilst ignoring us before I made a comment otherwise I would still be waiting now.

Review 2：The location was very good easy access to the town centre and around 15 minute walk to the old town.

Review 3：Had problems with the free safe. Also had to change the room key three or four times and I didn't have a mobil phone which was suggested may be causing the problem

Review 17：None of the beds are proper double beds. They were two single beds pushed together..this was the case in the executive room. The double rooms did not have any air conditioning. The fridge in the room and the safe were not working . For an executive room this room was way below standard. It should be a 2 or maximum 3 star. 4 star is highly ambitious.

Review 45：My driver and I went to the restaurant after nine hours of meetings to relax. We waited 30 minutes to be given a menu, and that was only after I went to the front desk to complain. Food came after another 35 minutes, and my food was cold on top, so I told the waiter it was not fresh. He was a bit mad to say the least.

Review 61：Despite overall cleanliness, the carpet in my room was badly stained throughout the room, and even next to the bed. The drain in my shower was clogged from the previous guests, so every time I took a shower, the water came up to my ankles. I asked to have it fixed, but although it seemed improved somewhat, I still ended up standing in water from a relatively short shower. Also, housekeeping did not remove my used room service dishes, even after cleaning the room. There were two full length mirrors, but their lower halves were both partially blocked by furniture, which was frustrating when getting ready for a special event, as I was. But there was a terrific cosmetic mirror in the bathroom. Some of the staff could have been a little friendlier and more helpful. I also didn't like the idea of paying for Internet service, when it's free in so many other hotels, although you can get it free for 15-minute increments, or use it for free in the lobby if you use their PC. For Americans coming to the hotel, staff should explain some things to them from the outset, like, to turn the lights on, you have to put the card in the slot. I thought the light bulbs were all burnt out!

Review 62：The hotel room was beautiful, and for the most part, very well laid out and designed both for aesthetics and practicallity. It was a large, airy room with two single beds attached. The linens were clean and comfortable. The view from my window was lovely, and I loved being able to open the window, which you cannot do in many hotels. Beautiful scents wafted in through the window, and there was a green roof with all kinds of plants growing on it. I loved the art on the wall of the room, and the large screen behinds which subtle electric light filtered. The breakfast was spectacular and had the most delicious and varied offering of any I've ever had. The salad I had at dinner was also the best salad I've ever had. The outside seating for meals was lovely. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
