Review 1：Nothing was bad!
Review 2：The apartment was lovely and warm and well appointed. So clean and tidy as well. Parking available and breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Review 3：-We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and wondered around looking for someone. The reception seemed to be closed and when we finally found a staff member, 100m down the road at the hotel's restaurant, she waved her arms around in an angry fashion and spoke lots of Czech sounding words. Soon enough we concluded that reception was closed for lunch. We returned at 14:30, the reception was open and the staff was friendly. we got our keys and went to the room only to find two single beds; we had booked for a double bed... the receptionist told us that there were no actual double bed rooms at that price but she could kindly send someone to join the two beds together. So we just joined them ourself. -Next morning, we "rushed" out of bed and got to the breakfast room at 08:45, there was no coffee left!! When we finally found the staff, she pointed to the "breakfast only until 9am". I guess we should have got out of bed earlier..

Review 8：Very nice apartment and above all very welcoming, a little comfortable mansard with two rooms and two tv, a little kitchen space, an atrium with fridge and a bath. We felt good. Good wi-fi and possibility to park into the pension. The breakfast was fantastic, great, excellent, ecc... The bar into the pension is good, real and original and especially for the Pilsner!!!
Review 9：Made the booking quite late, after 10 PM, announced late arrival, but when I got there, the only woman who was still in the restaurant didn't want to open the door, probably because it was not her job to let guests in. So, had to call the manager to convince her to open the door and do the receptionist work. After 15 min of waiting she decided to let me in... Not a friendly creature, for sure. The shower room was ok, but old and not well maintained.

You can reach the city center by bus, there is a bus stop just around the corner (tickets on the bus).

For me someone really put his heart in the breakfasts, it's not only what is served but actually how it is served, It's the first time I had something like that in a hotel - of course some were more luxurious but its about the feeling.... Going to center of Pilzen seems like and ages at first (cause the surroundings are like outskirts) but, actually by foot its c.a. 15 minutes so it is not bad! The WIFI was really good...
Review 20：Late check-in (up until 11 PM) possible, breakfast was excellent, good wifi available also in the rooms, kitchenette in the room well equipped, bathroom spacious and clean.
Review 21：When we first got there we could not even tell that it was a hotel. No one could speak English except the owner. Had to get to our rooms from the back through a gate. The location is away from any shops or transportation. It's located in a residentual area.

Review 27：Because there was a bar on the main floor it was sometimes noisy at night. And there was a dog that barked a lot through the night. Not the owners fault but it was still nearby.
