Review 1：We felt a part of the community as it's a family run hotel in a building that you would expect to see in the Black Forest . We had room 1 which we really liked as it had a great seating area. Breakfast was good and the dinners excellent.
Review 2：No red Schwartzwald card. No aircon - it was a hot summer
Review 3：The stuff were helpful in planning a route for day trips. Chdren could play in the playground at the restaurant while we could finish our meel. Easy access from parking place to the rooms.
Review 4：Restaurant is big and on the warm days of summer they also openned the terrace. Unfortunately many guests were smoking in the terrace even that the hotel mentions "All Spaces Non-Smoking (public and private)". WiFi reception was very poor, except for the lobby.
Review 5：Staff was very friendly, both in reception desk and in the restaurant. Some of them were speaking English, but not all. Both breakfasts and dinners were very good, with a large variety. Hotel is close to the train station (5 minutes by foot) which allowed us to travel to Freiburg without having to worry about our car. Same is valid to visiting Titisee. There is a lot of parking place but probably not enough when the hotel is fully booked.
Review 6：This was my 3rd stay at the Imbery. It is always a pleasure. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of top quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a nice location, just a couple of hundred metres from the station and centre of Hinterzarten.

We were told in hotel it was not the first time it happened, so we had to pay the price difference (18€/day). - Nobody knew to explain me how to activate german subtitle on TV

Review 27：We really like the Black Forest Tourist card you get that gives you free train and bus travel. Our room had comfortable chairs for each of us plus a desk chair. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful.
