Review 1：- during our evening check out was there unprofessional man in reception. we needed help with the coordination of heating, because the room was cold and there was just central heating from ac, but he told us it was not his job (?!?) and he didnt helped us. - breakfast for 19 eur/person? it was joke

Review 3：We had been to this hotel a few years before and found it excellent so booked it again, not knowing it had changed hands facilities that had previously been there was no longer there but were still being charged a premium rate.Booked a superior room A larger room with a mini bar, bathrobe with a sofa seating area. This was not the case we had a small room on the 7th floor at the back of the hotel no mini bar no bathrobe, 2 uncomfortable small chairs, I whet to the front desk and questioned about this I was told all rooms are superior rooms , no room has mini bar your in a superior room take it up with your booking agent, we were unable to open the windows due to a water pie running down window frame told all rooms like that. said we were not very happy and that were thinking of leave told we would be charged full amount for the 2 night stay with breakfast and parking, so instead of loosing lots we stayed.At the bar on first night very friendly until we didn't agree with bar person regarding we thought it seemed better with old company than new 1 point being the swimming pool had been filled in and a multi gym put on top.We were then Blanked so we left and went to bed. never went to bar againBreakfast first morning as I started to eat my hot buffet breakfast it was cold, the boiled egg was cold, bacon, hash brown scrambled egg, meat balls ect was all cold when I informed the waitress she took our plates in to the kitchen were the chef/cook came out put her hands on all of the items at the server and told the waitress that it was not all cold that some was just warm and she would make new scrambled egg. Asked if mine could be put in a microwave for a few seconds as it was cold told no. Had Warm toast with jam, coffee and a slice of ham for breakfast.

Review 6：an iron and iron board were provided immediately on request free of charge - both of very good quality (different from many other hotels); shoe polishing machine free, functioned perfectly;the shower and bathroom equipment all functions exactly as it should; TV set of programs really extensive and excellent, English language ones were available (even with subtitles), TV set of good size, AC unit working perfetly well, bed linen great, etc.

Review 7：Hotel was clean and check in and check out very efficient location - bus stop outside and if walking to main city centre there is a shortcut through the church grounds facing the hotel

Review 8：Since Leonardos took over the Hotel is very discrimitary to Smokers, No place out of the weather to smoke. As a result, the Friday night we stayed there, the bar had no customers at all, and the Restaurant was not open.

Review 10：The hotel room en other areas were pretty outdated and looked nothing like the room they have in the pictures. To me it felt they renovated one room for the picture and nothing else. We booked a superios room and it said that the mini bar was included. When we arrived to the room there was nothing in the minibar. I asked the reception about this and they said that that where the old regulations and since the hotel changed owner they didn't do minibars anymore. As I booked after the hotel changed and it was still mentioned in my booking I asked what he could do about this. In the end I got a voucher for the hotel bar but that turned out just to be a soda or small beer.

Review 70：I booked December 2013 and Hotel name was Hotel One.Run down building, lifts were slow.Dark bathroom, if your in the bath taking a shower with the curtain closed VERY DARK.Breakfast 19,00 euro, Internet 14,00 euro, parking 9,00 euro and room 134, 00 Euro. Marriott Hilton and other chains are cheaper.Never again will I book this hotel.

Review 93：I wouldn't rank it as 4 star hotel. There is 4 star price but not services. Room furniture was used and very old fashion. It's not a old style but missing investmens and renovation. You pay a lot of services extra – parking, breakfast, internet so finally you pay 140€ a day what is really high in comparision with other hotels in same location where you’ll get better service. I've got "High speed" internet for €17 with real speed of dial up connection.
