Review 4：Size apartment, friendly staff and child care. Gift on arrival, great breakfast and kids can play in the restaurants.

Review 5：The food was good - certainly a lot of it. Most of the time I felt it was appropriate but on a couple of days the more basic child friendly option was chips which wasn't ideal for a little toddler. There was healthy salad etcetera but not really something I could give a small one. They have a hotel character 'Mr Happy', which my son thought was brilliant as did most of the other children, but he did his visit during meal times. Probably absolutely fine for the majority but the distraction made it very difficult to get my son to eat anything at all. I would return to this hotel again with a family, but I'd avoid it if you aren't travelling with children. All the staff speak English but every other piece of information is only provided in German. Staff are happy to provide the information you need but I'm sure we missed a lot - for example you can get towels and dressing gowns for the pool but without spotting someone else with them I'd have never have known.

Review 6：Facilities were excellent for families. There is a brilliant swimming pool and two additional wet rooms suitable for quite young children (under 5's I would say. The water areas were better than I had imagined from the pictures. One room full of pipes, pumps, sprays, water wheels, and the other with a little slide in. They also had buggies / pushchairs and baby backpacks that I didn't see on the website - this would have been really useful to know about rather than taking ours. We didn't make use of half the facilities available but I was very happy with the pool and soft play. Location for the slopes was excellent.

Review 7：Reception staff could be more amicable. Hotel got the invoice wrong but they corrected it afterwards. They only provided one towel in the single room and no after bath coat.

Review 8：All in one-place, playgrounds, great pool for children. Kids like the place and never get bored. Chance to have fun even with bad weather.

Review 9：There are only two elevators, sometimes they are a bit crowded. No microwave oven in the room, minibar fridge is tiny. Division between child room and parents room is only one blind, they could have doors to isolate the noise.

Review 10：Absolutely family friendly hotel. My son loved the place, once he arrived he was playing and running all around. The small play area in the restaurant gives parents a chance to have lunch while the kids are playing. The kid loved the ponys, the play room, the Nature house (museum) and the cable car to the top of the mountain. A good point was that all attractions where at walking distance, no need to travel further. The pool is inside the hotel, very enjoyable.
