Review 3：Friendly and helpful staff. They made a 60th birthday family trip really special. The facilities are great - free wi-fi, easy coffee and tea availability, nice spacious rooms, cosy feeling, free minibar, easy parking. Quiet location. Everything was clean and tidy and well designed. The restaurant environment and meals were superb - breakfast buffet was amazing. Lovely waiters. : )

Review 10：I have stayed at the Elisenhof a number of times, and it is always first class. The quality of accommodation, food, and most of all the staff always make it pleasure to stay here. Thoroughly recommended, and I look forward to my next visit!

Review 11：Only one complaint. On the Saturday the hotel held a wedding. The other guests were not allowed near the bar or the restaurant and all meals had to be taken in the terrace garden. Luckily the weather was nice (What would have happened if it had rained I don't know), but my husband and I would have preferred to eat indoors as there was a preponderance of wasps around. The only route into the garden was through the wedding function room so consequently we had to walk past reception and through the staff office to reach the garden and then up steps to the garden. They were lucky there were no disabled people wanting meals. It was all very dissatisfying.

Review 13：Unfortunately we stayed over a weekend where there were parties on both Friday and Saturday night . Staff were not visible , so waiting for a receptionist on Friday night was frustrating . As a result hotel guests had to have there breakfast in a conference room and not the comfortable restaurant. This proved chaotic for hotel staff , when they remembered to come back into the room , considering the same charge of 15 euros applied this was not really acceptable.

Review 47：Like a lot of value hotels, they are a little off the main roads, sometimes in residential areas where you think you're lost! Don't worry, just follow the map if you don't have SatNav! We did miss the motorway exit, and rang the hotel for directions. Not really a criticism of the hotel, just our mature years...

Review 48：Very good staff, large room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast; we had such a good choice, including smoked salmon, delicious pastries and very good coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel, very convenient for the motorway, too.

Review 49：I thought there would be coffee making facilities in the room. There weren't. I asked for hot water to be delivered to my room at 6.00 but it wasn't. I had to leave the hotel at 7.00 for the airport. They had a reasonable deal with the taxi service, 51 euro to the airport, but I was short of cash and they would not give me any off my card. I was able to borrow 50 euro from a friend although I only needed 20 euro.

Review 50：Warm, pleasant on arrival and pleasant staff. Room very comfortable and so nice to be able to open a window. Very good restaurant and breakfast. But helpings enormous . I had to leave half the wineschnizel. Vegetables lovely and the non alcoholic drink exceptionally delicious.

Review 51：They were going to charge me the full rate and took them a minute to adjust the booking to match the price I booked here. Also it's located in a residential area which is about a mile from the center.
