Review 1：The lack of shower curtain and shower head holder. The noise from the Karaoke party lasted long into the night.

Review 2：The spa. The beer. The restaurant. Not necessarily in that order. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. The rooms were large and comfortable with good hot water for a nice soak.

We would highly recommend staying here. One might need a car to get here as it's on the outskirts of Plzen, but there is free car parking.

Review 21：The bed was not great (hard, with large indent) and the pillow wasn't firm at all. The massage at the spa wasn't good at all (very soft, tried to get a harder massage and the masseause just used same pressure), and the beer spa was OK, but the staff was often nowhere to be found to ask questions. I also was not taken to the wellness area like others after my massage, but I didn't know what i was missing until that evening talking with others. It is also about 10km away from downtown Plzen, so understand that.

Review 36：You can stay all day in this hotel (when booking in advance the facilities). The beer spa was a new exprience and felt very good. The euro exchange rate are better in the hotel than in the city

Review 37：The bed sheets were full of spots and the sofa was also quite dirty. The restaurant's kitchen closes at 22 (also on Saturday), even though one waitress told us we could get food until 23. We had a late appointment at the SPA and when we finished we had to go to the city center (6 km) to get something to eat.

Review 40：Great hotel. Quiet neighbourhood. I had a dinner in a hotel restaurant which was very, very good. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Most of the staff is very kind, especially Ms. Pragerova at the reception desk. wifi worked well.

Location isn't ideal if you want to be in the heart of things but fine if you don't mind the 20 minutes bus ride into town. A bar area would have been nice for when you just want a drink and all the restaurant tables are booked up.

Review 99：Nice hotel around four miles out of town (we used the trolley buses to get in and out of the centre - very easy to use and you can get tickets at the hotel reception). Good restaurant with good food and excellent beer made at the onsite microbrewery. The Beer Spa was a good experience (but wish the water in the baths was a bit warmer!), unfortunately the massages were fully booked (out fault for not booking ahead). The bowling alley was good as well but unfortunately broken down when we had it booked so we only got 45 minutes of bowling during our stay.

Review 102：We arrived later than expected, so we did not have the opportunity to try the spa services, but the room was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was quiet.

Review 103：Airconditionning in room was not coping with heat (it was hot day). Despite big aircon unit and noise it was still quite hot in room. Service in hotel/spa was making less frendly feeling that the one in restaurant. We came 9.30am for breakfast (served till 10am) and if we were 5min later all would be packed- waitress started to unpack everything as we came. We felt bit unwelcome despite that we were on time.

Review 104：Very nice property, great restaurant, service was also great at restaurant- very friendly, speaking german and english. Room was clean and big, good tv channel choice, dogs were very welcome (despite info on Booking that no extra charges are for dogs we paid 200Kc). We did Beer Bath for 2 and was really great- very easy booking over email and than confirmed by phone.

The beer from the hotel's microbrewery wasexceptional, and the local Czech food offered in the restaurant wasquality and delicious! The Beer Spa and Wellness Center too was arevelation! A bath in beer with a frosty beer to accompany it wasamazing, as were the professional massages. Overall, we loved the placeand would happily go back again!

Review 106：The location is a bit far from the city center, so you may need a car. We had 2 rooms and 1 room was a bit smokey so you may want to request a non smoking room-but super clean otherwise!

Review 107：This place is super!!! We loved the beer spa and beer bath! The pedicure is one of the best I have ever had! Girls were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and relaxing-assortment of hot and cold food choices. Rooms were very pretty and the staff was super nice. Parking is great with security cameras. Great that you can purchase their own beer there, either for gifts or for yourself.
