Review 1：Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a well functional hotel but it slightly lacks athmosphere. Very close to the pedestrian area of Bad Kissingen. Own secure garage parking at a small fee. Needs to be booked well ahead as parking spaces are limited. Very good extensive breakfast.

Review 10：Simple and clean rooms. Very good value for the money with an excellent breakfast and underground parking. The walk to downtown is just minutes away and Bad Kissingen is a beautiful city with much more to offer than its size would indicate. I highly recommend this hotel.
