Review 1：Friendly lady of the house. But it seems she had to do everything by herself.When we arrived we had to wait 1/2 hr in the lobby at 6pm since she was serving at the adjoining restaurant.At breakfast she was again working alone, no wonder the coffee was cold.

Review 17：The staff was friendly and welcoming the food in the restaurant was delicious!! We were walking from the train station to the hotel (which is at the top of a hill) and called on our way to make sure we were going the right way and when we were about half way, the host came and picked us up in her car because she wanted to make sure we were lost! That is the kind of above and beyond service you can expect here.Very cozy and comfy, the complimentary breakfast bar was delicious and filling also.

Review 18：I highly recommend this small hotel which is very friendly, comfortable and well priced. It also has an excellent restaurant. The hotel is in a very quiet and beautiful area, with many places to visit nearby in the Black Forest.
