Review 3：We felt there was a complete absence of management and the employees didabsolute nothing more than what was required. Sunday breakfast personnelwas chatting at lenght in the kitchen while guests waited a long timefor coffee to be served, tables were not cleared and we did not see awaitress for about 15 minutes in the rear section of the dining room.There was no reception personnel on duty after 7pm on Sunday. No handsoap or tissues in the bathroom, no stocked bar in a village where allretail business close on Saturday afternoon. No soft drink dispenser topurchase anything outside of their posted meal times.

Review 5：We flew in from Ireland and had a Quad Tour booked for Sunday morning, so we asked if we could check out late or at least shower after the tour before flying back home. - short answer: sorry we need all the rooms as of 10.00am ... That is a very bad customer service for guests coming from abroad. Our Quad Guide was happy to recommend us alternative hotels in Bad Birnbach for our next vsit in spring, with a much better customer service attitude. He was surprized as well that we were not offered a possibility to shower in the hotel after 12.00
