Review 1：Friendly and helpful staff Answered any and all inquiries very professionally. Location tight across the street from the Pilner Brewery. Bathroom had heated floor which was a nice touch. Enjoyed our entire stay.

Review 10：This hotel is close to the main Plzen train station, right across the street from the brewery with its own pedestrian bridge, and just five minutes away from the city center. The hotel features a modern lobby and new rooms.
Review 11：I am a gym freak. One of the reasons I booked the angelo was the described fitness centre. When I went to workout they wanted an entrance fee. It was not expensive but I was dissapointed. The fitness center is not part of the hotel and is under rent by a private person.

Review 41：Very modern hotel with good furnishings, minibar and safe. Small bathroom with walk in shower recess. Lift. Free carparking available in the street or for a fee, carparking in the basement. Hotel located directly opposite the Pilsner Urquell Brewery. Short walk into the old town.
Review 42：Payed interned, though you can use also fixed line which is faster than usual Wi-Fi. The elevator requires inserting the card from your room. It takes some time to discover how to insert the card correctly, but even after that the elevator does not work at the first attempt. This is not only my experience, all the people I met in the elevator had the same problems. You cannot use staircase because it is closed and reserved only for emergency.
Review 43：Comfortable clean room, friendly and helping personnel, good breakfast with large choice. The hotel is air conditioned so that you do not smell the brewery which is just across the street. A bridge from the hotel over this street makes possible visit of the brewery and brewery restaurant very easy (we had a meeting with friends in this hotel so the reason for my choice was different). The railway station is within a walking distance. And there is a quite nice view from the 5th floor over this part of Pilsen, if not from your room then from the corridor before the elevators.
Review 44：Cigarette smoke permeated the lobby entrance and hallways. The elevatorwas not working properly and the sauna/spa area was not activated-nolights were on when we entered. Very unfriendly staff! We will return toPlzen but not to this hotel. If you smoke it would be ideal. If you likeclean and fresh air and have alergic reactions to smoke, we would notrecommend. There must be a better hotel in Plzen.

Review 50：Given the prominence of the fitness centre in the hotel's advertising, it is regrettable that smoking is allowed in some public areas, especially the area adjacent to the restaurant. People were stubbing out cigarettes in the ash-trays by the restaurant entrance, and the stale cigarette smell was wafting into the restaurant, spoiling the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.
