Review 2：the rooms were very nice with a good balcony it is situated close to the frankentherme andis right in the kurpark breakfast was super and the staff very friendly

Review 3：No air conditioning in rooms. No fans in rooms. Room temperature was over 80* upon late arrival on a day when it was 95* in Germany...no way to get any ventilation in the room and maintain security on shared balcony...unacceptable given the exorbitant price charged for 4 beds (190€). Hotel smells of Ben-Gay with fixtures from the 1970s and uncomfortable beds wrapped in plastic making an already uncomfortable night almost unbearable...slept in a pool of sweat all night. Not recommended!

Review 5：Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast was served during some of the days I stayed but I was charged for them anyway despite my protests. The internet only sporadically worked and when it did it was very slow.

Review 6：The hotel is located very close to central Bad Windsheim (7 minute walk to the train station through the park) while maintaining a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I arrived very late the day I checked in and the staff stayed late to ensure I was all settled.

Review 7：Shower style was horrible To expensive for the room The beds are bad for a couple. One big or nice size bed would be better, they had no ice available, and poor customer service

Review 9：The staff was fantastic. They did everything they could to accomodate ayoung couple with a 1.5 year old, which could be difficult. Thebreakfast buffet was great too as was the location. It was right acrossthe street from a spa facility with a restaurant that was open late andhad decent food with decent prices. It's a quick drive from there toRothenburg ob der Tauber and there are nice walking trails near thehotel. The hotel room (we had a double) was perfect for a family ofthree. We didn't even need a crib because there was a good sized couchthat our daughter was able to sleep on. The room had a balcony with agreat view, which was perfect for eating our dinner takeout. Everythingwas nicely decorated and well maintained (clean).

Review 10：The facility is old. There was no curtain between the bath tub and the toilet. It was a bit flooded after having a shower. The shower hanger is too low(at the knee level) to take a shower standing. I had to kneele down.
