Review 1：Wi-Fi was dropping off very easily, not sure what the issue was. Area is quiet, but the rooms are not well insulated, You could clearly hear what happens to the room of the neightbour above. You need a car in case You want to visit downtown facilities.

Review 9：Very good location. Close to the citi center, but a little bit outside. Green and calm area. Lot of options of various sport activities: football, tennis, squash, fitness, rollerskating. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Review 10：Breakfast Monday morning was served by a really unfriendly and rude lady. Really sad since the rest of the staff are 10/10. The so called "pool" is a big hot-tube so to speak. It was also cold arond 27C what is to low for a tank you can only use as a jacuzzi. My friends experenced a rude cleaning lady as well who managed to hang up a dirty towel lying on the floor ment to be changed. The mens shower downstairs attached to the sport facility was really dirty (Sunday evening).
Review 11：The cleanest hotel I have ever seen! Really nice and clean! The gym is good and most of the staff are really helpfull and polite. The spa has a infrared sauna, we enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is a perfect walk to Centrum, there is no noise from cars or bars. The rooms are nice, I slept like a baby! Breakfast was good according to the low price of our staying.
Review 12：No Wi-Fi connection only the LAN. The hotel representatives should consider using WiFi in the rooms as the LAN is not available for Tablets or Mobile phones.

Review 16：It was our 2nd visit to the hotel and we were very disappointed by theservice, by supposively 4 star hotel. The receptionist told us that therestaurant was open till 11pm, however before 9.45pm not only therestaurant was closed but also the staff was not helpful in trying toresolve the issue, neither were we able to talk to the manager. On thesecond day, we made it a point to "book a table" for 9pm andwhen we wanted to order some desserts after the main course, the waitertold us again that the kitchen was simply closed (instead of informingus perhaps before...)... Definitely not a 4 star hotel service.
