Review 1：I did not like the way the payment for breakfast was handled. When Ibooked the room, I was told that my room rate included breakfast. Infact, the word "complimentary " was used. When I got bill, oneline item was $224.00 for 28 breakfasts. I consider that misleading,especially since my wife and I had coffee and tea for 3 breakfasts and 4times, we ate breakfast at our daughter's house who lives inErgersheim. Having retired recently as a corporate officer with Marriott(the largest hotel company in the wirld), we would never have disguisedbreakfast fees as "complimentary or included". Bad businesstactics, very bad.

Review 2：Beds were very comfortable and the dining room staff was outstanding.

Review 3：The week we were there it was unseasonally hot. the hotel does not have air conditioning or ceiling fans in the rooms. Therefore the room was very warm. Second the hotel is not set up for wifi throughout the hotel. We have to sit in one room on the first floor to connect wirelessly.

Review 4：The hotel breakfast was great and the location to the spa is so close. Good parking and the staff did a great job.

Review 5：No air conditioning, which I didn't expect, but also no fans. Temperatures were over 90 degrees. A fan would have been a big help. No accessible rooms. Showers were very slippery and dangerous.

Review 11：We had booked the room as we had an evening event to attend in theadjacent Kur & Kongress Center. The location was so convenient, just afew steps from the conference hall. The room was clean, comfortable &well equipped. We had a balcony overlooking the Franken Therme Spa whichis right next door. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices, bothhot and cold items were available,

Review 12：First, let me say that it was the absolute cleanest hotel that we'veever stayed in. All the floors were either sparkling from cleanliness orthe carpets looked brand new they were so well kept. No dust anywhereand the whole place had a nice smell that was very comforting. The hotelstaff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a fan for our room:not because of temperature problems, we need the sound of a fan in orderto sleep: the desk clerk and house technician found us a fan in theattic and brought it to our room on the third floor. Very nice of them.We booked this weekend vacation because we wanted to enjoy some relaxingspa time at the Franken Therme next door. The hotel provided bath robesand towels and allowed you to get your Therme pass at the front desk.The nicest deal of it all is that they have a tunnel from the hotel tothe therme that is heated so you can go from your room to the spa in abathrobe! This eliminates the need of a community locker and/or waitingin line at the therme. It was very efficient and worry free. The hotelrestaurant had delicious food and it looked very nice. There's anoptional buffet for 19€ or you can order from their menu which was evenbetter priced. The serving ladies were very friendly as well. The hotelalso has a bar that is decorated nicely, called a cafe, and was peacefuland quiet. Our whole stay was peaceful.
