Review 1：There was very little choice for breakfast and when we went down half an hour before breakfast was due to finish, the bread rolls were hard like they had been left out for too long, so certainly wasn't worth the €8. The cleaners came in only once (the day we were checking out) and that morning we had put the do not disturb sign, which they ignored.
Review 2：Great location at only a 5 minute walk from the Hbf and town. We got this booking when there was an offer on, so the big room was good value for money.
Review 3：It seemed quite expensive for what it was. The decor in the room is in serious need of an update. The TV looks like a model from 89' and the wifi is terrible. I had to leave my room to get any decent connection, but I was on the top floor.
Review 4：The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable, the staff were friendly and it was very easy to find from the train station
Review 5：The furniture was outdated, the mattresses were especially uncomfortable and the overall aspect and feel of the rooms was stuffy, dirty and sad.It looks like the owner hasn't invested a dime in the past 20 years. We felt sorry for the reception employees who were nice and helpful but who had to come back each day to such a depressing working environment. Also the cleaning staff needs to be retrained or replaced, as they're definitely not doing their job.

Review 26：On arrival our first concern was whether our car would be safe and secure. The Reception Staff on duty were rude and obnoxious. The room was generally clean but smelt musty. The pillows were wafer like and pointless. New arrivals arriving throughout the night will keep you awake as the rooms are so hot the windows have to be left open. Breakfast was just OK, but the dining room is far to small for the amount of rooms the hotel has. Having no hot water just finished off our stay.

Review 33：No air conditioning so because of unusually hot weather, the room was rather warm and uncomfortable at night. However with the windows open and using the fan that was provided, it was bearable. Because the windows were open, there was quie a lot of traffic noise and also noise from the nearby railway line.
Review 34：Very helpful and friendly staff. Fairly basic facilities, but very clean and comfortable and good value for money (eg. almost half the price of the Holiday Inn). Buffet beakfast included in the price with plenty of choice. Hotel is close to the town centre.

Review 53：This was our 4th visit to the Palazzo. No need to look anywhere else to stay once you,ve tried it. Very friendly staff, rooms good and planty of choice at breakfast. Absolutely value for money. We stayed 3 nights for just less than 100 Euros each. Walk or taxi (5E) to the Alter Markt and you have all you need. Already planning for next year. EXCELLENT.
