Review 1：Nice, small (but adequately sized) room with comfortable beds and private bathroom; cleanliness; excellent breakfast and friendly waiter; free parking; short drive to downtown Cologne; we did not take advantage of the restaurant (German/Chinese kitchen) and the train to Cologne (train station one block away).
Review 2：Frechen is not far from Koeln center but in the early morning traffic a bit to crowded for comfort.
Review 3：The host was very courteous and service minded. At the reception he offered access to their parking lot to make sure I would not risk a parking penalty. He made sure I was well satisfied.
