Review 2：very nice and comfortable hotel, close to city center, close to the river, with swimming pool and sauna

Review 3：The hotel was nicely located on the river and near to the historic centre of Bremen. The reception on arrival was friendly and welcoming so we felt at ease. The rooms were clean, well presented, comfortable and quiet with riverviews and a balcony . The glass screen separating the shower room and the main bedroom area was novel but otherwise the room was comfortable. A kettle and mugs were provided on request. Breakfast was extra and the waiting staff helpful and friendly. Parking is at a nearby multistorey car park but easily accessible. THe swimming pool and sauna looked very nice but we didn't have time to use these.

Review 4：Stopped last minute to sleep as passed through town. Older hotel in need of refreshing. Pics on booking misleading. Small bedroom. Bed very small (feet dangling off) and consisted of 2 twin beds put together. Very uncomfortable/linen a bit rough. Typical uninventive breakfast that was an additional cost- should be included in rate. We paid a low last minute rate of around 100 euro (not inc breakfast) and still don't feel worth it. :-/ Girl at check-in seemed unhappy. We were with a baby and no one offered to help with our bags.

Location was perfect, breakfast delicious, only the see trough window between bedroom and bath was not so good idea to some of us.

Wi-fi was working constantly with high speed. I'd definitely go back in this hotel in case I'll go back to Bremen again

Review 72：The room was not ready on arrival and we were told to wait or come back in an hour. We went for a stroll and when we returned the room was still not ready, and there was no apology. The room was a disaster with a sharp shelf and ledge which ran round both beds at pillow height and guaranteed we both ended up hitting our heads, in my husband's case very painfully, which ended up with us both sleeping upside down. There were no spare bedding or pillows in the room and no way to literally 'cushion' the blows.

Review 98：As someone else already commented, the bath towels are pathetic.I didn't find the staff helpful. Nothing was explained when I arrived so I had to ask about the pool, the checkout and breakfast. I spoke German so they can't use the excuse of not being able to speak English. I might have arranged a massage but there was no mention of that, either, so the 'spa' aspect was non-existent. I asked them how I can buy a ticket in the tram but they couldn't tell me (the extent of their knowledge was limited to the location of the nearest tram stop), nor did they know how to buy a tram/Hundertwasser ticket. The worst part was having a room near the back staircase. Although the clientele was not exactly the partying type, I was awoken constantly between 12:00-2:00 from people walking up and down the stairs.

Review 99：It was okay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a tiny kitchen, butthere was no bathtub so it was a trade-off. The hotel is pretty in amodern way but not over the top design-oriented. The pool is tiny but itwas also thankfully deserted so it didn't matter.
