Review 1：With 35 Celsius in hotel room, no air condition - okay, but no fan-no ventilation. Tried to reach hotel by phone for two days - not possible. Breakfast fast a disaster - nothing was there anymore, kitchen maid talked outside with receptionist, because of temperature-remnants of cheese and sausage developed different colors and waves.

Review 3：Negative Very average room. Hot on a hot day - no air-conditioning! Thebiggest negative is the "spa" bit. It's a complete"con"! They want to charge £20 for just one hour, virtuallyhalf what you pay for the room. They want an hour's notice to turnthings on, which goes to show no one uses it! Don't visit this hotelunder the impression of a good spa facility.

Review 10：Superb breakfast. We had a suite where the kids could sleep in a separate room which was well appreciated, the beds were very comfortable. Off road parking. Very friendly staff. All in all a very pleasant stay. Shame we could not have staying Pilsen longer.

Review 16：I would recommended this hotel to anyone. The restaurant was delicious. Within walking distance to the street train and buses. About a twenty minute walk to the centrum. The staff was amazing. They assisted us with everything. I will definitely stay again.

Review 31：Although at the time of our stay, there was wedding reception taking place, there was no disturbance and we hardly were aware of this party taking place. Every aspect of provided service was excelent and I don't think these day you can find better value for your money.

Review 36：What bothered me more was that I reserved a room for 65 € and finally I was charged 66,5 € with the exchange into the local currency. It also happened to me the same with the rounding in other hotel in Czech Republic where I paid 1,3 € more than the arranged price. The breakfast was scarce.

It was in a peaceful location, very quite but if you were looking to be in the city centre this probably wouldn't be the best place as it was a drive of about 2 kilometres. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the food was incredible value for money. The staff couldn't have been more helpful

Review 51：Someone playing music on their TV until 2am on one wall then squeaking around on another wall from 5am which surprised me as the walls are solid and their were only a few other guests! Pity but could happen anywhere I suppose.

Review 52：This is a very nice hotel situated on the outskirts in an exteremely pleasant location on a hill top overlooking the city. A very easy drive into the centre. Rooms totally modern. Excellent parking. Handy lift (albeit no inner door). Excellent food in the reasonably priced restuarant. The waiter was outstandingly helpful and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our meal was a success - which it most certainly was. Excellent breakfast including a hot option. Apparently they have an 'internet cafe' but couldn't find it unless it just meant a WIFI area.
