Review 1：Staff likes to make excuses for substandard service. Noisy room for long-term stay. Very expensive, inconvenient parking. No short-term parking available for luggage drop-off. No luggage assistance offered. Need to rethink the "You" concept.

Review 3：The only slight 'down' side for us is the décor - all very dark and grey. Although this may seem chic and arty to some we found it rather gloomy especially on a bleak November day. But this is just personal taste of course. Otherwise we found the hotel, our room, the service, the food and ambience to be just right. Price for breakfast seemed a bit steep - 19 euros. Don't expect a wonderful view - hotel overlooks the railway station. We didn't like the way visitors are allowed to smoke right outside the front door, but maybe this is typical in Germany?
Review 4：Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel recently refurbished to a high standard so everything is very new and fresh looking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were, without exception, very helpful - eg happy to provide fresh milk for tea in our room. All the waiting staff at breakfast were polite and friendly and luckily for us spoke perfect English. Buffet breakfast was very good - huge range of food to cater for most tastes, including those who like a more typical English breakfast of scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, toast etc.
Review 5：The bath was sumptuous; however, the bedroom was too small for two people. Perfect for the business or single traveler.
Review 6：Literally across the street from the main train station and main bus station. Very convenient as we traveled Germany by train. Front desk staff and wait staff/bartenders were outstanding. Minimalist decor, very European. Room was lovely. Bath was gorgeous -- tile, shower, available space.
Review 7：Great location. Very close to the central station, but at the same time in quiet corner. The hotel room is really nice, everything looks recently refurbished and I really liked the design. Good breakfast.

Review 9：Very nice decor. Room (and bathroom) was really stylish and spacious and has its own very distinctive character. The price is really well balanced given the quality of the hotel, rooms and services. The staff is also very welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay, definitely recommended!
Review 10：When I made the booking, it does not have the option for room including breakfast and so, I have to arrange it with the reception and get the payment done.
Review 11：Beware - a Deluxe rooms might correspond to the photos of the Comfort rooms! Hooks and hangers would have been useful in the ironing room. The gentleman at the reception seemed overburdened or did not have his best day (I hope), but all other staff were outstandingly friendly. Courtyard rooms are very exposed.
Review 12：Literally opposite the train station. Several interesting places to eat nearby. Original design. Plenty of electrical plugs (although not always in a practical place). Bar staff very friendly - drinks excellent.
