Review 1：Recepcionist was very rude. We booked deluxe room, the room was very old, raveges of the time was very visible. Cleanliness of the room was also very poor.

Room is spacious and you can't go wrong with the location...less than 5 mins walk to shopping mall and Metro station is not far after. Nice cafes across the road if you don't want to dine in hotel and dont feel like making your way to the mall. Just keep on mind the extra tax you will have to pay when you book any hotel online in dubai.

Review 10：I like everything about this hotel. On this occasion I locked myself out of my room (the lock bolt flipped on) it was dealt with immediately. The staff really work hard to make your stay the best possible.

Review 27：staff attitude towards guests is very poor. We saw this lady guest that keeps coming back to the receptionist and she was continually told off with the staff short of a saying "why dyou keep coming back?". I believe, no matter the issue, consistency with service should be upheld at the highest. I tried borrowing a usb plug to charge my phone, kate said they don't have any and offered to charge my phone on their desk. It was a nice gesture, but the way she offered it really felt off. Staff should at least try to smile to make guests feel more welcoming. The room smells like no one has occupied it in weeks. When we turned the AC on, the smell of mold filled the air. There were carpet stains all over and dust fills the back of the television which Says a lot about the attention to detail that goes to housekeeping.

Also there was a mouldy smell in the bedroom, it was so bad I chose to sleep on the couch in the living room. Room service used their universal key to try and enter my room at 1.30am without my invitation.

Booking was done arround 2PM and the confirmation up to 4 PM was not sent by the Booking.Com.( This was the hotel feed back) I booked a non smoking room and i was given a Smooking room ., and they changed the room after one hour with request

Review 42：A few things I don't like: 1. The bed is bit too soft for my liking. I feel like I am sinking into the bed with my body at at the lowest. I think the bed is either too old or torn. FYI, my weight is 83kg with a height of 178cm. I presume it quite a normal statics. 2. The wifi in the room is very unstable or hardly able to find the network. The technician has remedy a few times, but it just won't work. 3. Customer officer, promised me that they will change me a room if the wifi is still not working. However, when I request to change the room, they say it is fully booked, no other room available. So I had to stay at the lobby for 2 hrs, doing my work using the wifi in the lobby while waiting for a room available. I saw a few guest checking out, but they keep saying no other room available. 4. When I was checking out, I feedback to the duty staff on the wifi issue. And she still have the cheek to tell me, she has reserved a room for me to change. And she is waiting for me the whole night. I was there for the 2 hrs on the previous night, and she wasn't there at all. 5. No compensation given or discount given despite all the inconvenience caused.

Review 43：The location is good. There is a pretty good mall, City Centre Deira, just across the street. And it also near the Dubai airport which is important for me, as you know, traffic in Dubai is crazy. I am talking a morning flight and I want to be sure that I am able to reach on time.

Review 49：Raintree is close to the Airport, Diera City Mall, Restaurants, Cafes and the Metro. Very well presented hotel with friendly, efficient staff. It is also one of the very few hotel in Dubai that has a bar and also a mini bar in your room. There is also a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get the chance to eat there.

Review 50：I stayed in the hotel first time back in December, at that time all services and staff were excellent, this time the response of room service staff was very slow, I had to call them so many times to get me necessary items missing out of the room. The reception of the TV and settailte channels were very poor.

Review 55：Wireless Internet not consistent and regularly slow. Over a total of a 3-week stay, housekeeping forgot something every day, be it towels, toilet paper or something. We had to ask for the room to be vacumed or it would not happen. Finally, our stay was split in 3 bookings. Even though we discussed both extension with the front desk twice before the end of each reservation, we received a visit from Housekeeping every time who were not aware of the extension.

Review 72：Hotel has gone down hill since it used to be called Suha City Hotel- rooms are now average whereas before it was clean bright and comfortable. Service was not great (baby cot did not arrive until 1.30am when I requested it at 6pm) and decor and in particular the pool area needs lots of attention. This will be my last stay at this hotel.

Review 81：Check-in & Check-Out was slow. Front office staff are unfit & just lazy. Call them for anything & they just say " we are following " & then nothing happens. Rooms are one of the most congested I have stayed in Dubai. Bathroom is just nonsense with strangely placed shower, loose hooks, dirty towels etc. Don't even try to use their laundry service. It took me 48hrs to get mine. Room service menu is very limited & even that is never available. Luckily there are very good options outside within 100metres. Since the hotel management has changed everything has deteriorated. Hotel isn't suitable anymore for business visitors. They just cater to the group tours & regular customers have no value. Will never return.

Review 83：Not clean. Room wasn't checked before it's ready for guests.Rude night-shift manager who doesn't know how to smile. He acts andspeaks from the tip of his nose. I was "upgraded to a suit"because the room was full of ants. Yet I found ants in the "upgradesuit". I ran into the nigh-shift manager in the elevator the nextmorning, he didn't bother to say hello/good morning. Very rude,and he should never work in a leadership position while his attitude andcustomer service levles are sub-zero. Staff in the morning didn'tknow what room I was 'upgraded' to, and couldn't completethe check-out.. So I left and they're still trying to figure out theroom number.. What a mess. Rude managers. Poor cleanliness.

Review 101：the on duty manager was impolite rood, when i arrived i asked to empty the minibar and i was told that it will be done then later i realized that they were ignoring me, i spoke to reception and they told me that the manager Mr.Yaseen refused saying that this is the hotel policy when i asked to speak to him he refused ! and on my insistance he spoke to me : i told him that it does not happened before with me in any 4 or 5 stars that they refused to empty the minibar, he told me that this is the hotel policy to prevent people from using the fridge for their own things!!i told him i can use fridge if i want without emptying it, he started to argue more with me i told him i am muslim and he should respect my religion of not keeping alcohol drink in my room , then he accepted to remove only alcoholic drink , i informed him that it is my right to empty all minibar and when i asked him to speak to higher level he said nobody higher than him but god!! then i told him if you are worried about using the fridge you can take it and that what he did: he sent me a staff on 23:45 night to take the fridge!! this manager in duty Mr.Yaseen made me upset and i made a complaint against his rood way of speech and managing hotel visitors the kettle was broken and was changed with an other broken one, the WIFI was weak and the TV is only free channel unlike other 4 or 5 or even 3 stars hotel in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

The room service limit asked you tips.my cousin came to visit me.the security RALPH came after her and ring to ask me tuoput her out.the recprionnist spoke very bad English. I gave my credit card they asked me to pay in cash even they asked me a cash deposit. I asked for manager they don't care nobody come to see me.

Review 116：Going east, west, north or south of Manhatton this was the ideal location. Enabling us to walk to most places of interest, with back up of the Metro right on hand. Staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful...expected but not always received. Rooms were compact, but linen and towels always clean, ans all certainly adequate as a crash pad for our all too short of a stay.

Review 117：The manner of the staff upon checking in and out. I had booked a twin room and had confirmation of this. On reaching the hotel I was informed that all twin rooms were gone. All that was unavailable was a double room which in the end we had to take. No apology was made. I found the staff to be unhelpful and no way accommodating.

Review 118：Gave me a bad room with broken shower. Very Unclean Balcony. I changed the room and stayed for nine nights. The breakfast was very very poor, and if you didn't come early, you will miss some items (Poor refill). Very bad and boring Gym. Very old fashioned reception. Under staffed. Review 126：This used to be a very cosy and clean hotel when it was under the previous owners, and my wife and I have frequented this hotel several times. However, since the new owners have taken it over it has dramatically deteriorated in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. Whereas the staff are friendly, the rooms are not well cleaned, running out of toilet paper, soap, some globes in lights not working, kettle does not switch off, Aircon cannot change temperature. Some days room was not cleaned until late afternoon. This is just not acceptable. We stayed 6 nights, and therefore there was plenty of time to repair and properly clean room. It will not be our preferred hotel in the future unless they jack up the service and attention to detail in the room. We are Booking Genius clients and do lots of hotel bookings and know what the standards should be (and was when it was called Suha City hotel)

Review 132：My 2 daughters and I stayed in the Junior Suite. It was not clean. There were huge gross stains on the carpeting and hair all over the shower. The room smelled of urine. There was NO HOT WATER. I could not get connected to the WIFI The fridge never got cold. Took 2 hours and several calls to get an extra blanket and towel.

Review 133：My parents stayed in a Superior Double Room. It was clean and well equipped. The hotel's location was good. About a 5 min. walk to the metro stop. Near a big mall. The beds and pillows were very comfy.
