Review 1：We didnt manage to turn the air conditioner off, set it to mininum, but still got very cold

Review 3：It was Saturday and many business man ready to go to the meeting, lound and hectic, like bunch of children before the chool bell ring. After that was relax and quiet time during breakfast time.. Only one coffee make for so many guests!?

Review 34：This place is modern with a considerable touch of class, especially considering the price. Very quiet. Serene is the word that comes to mind. Well, we arrived on December 31, so there were very few guests, but still I can't imagine how it could be possibly noisy. I slept much better than at home, even though I live in the country. Located 2 minutes from the old market place, and separated from it by a park, it has all the location benefits of a central hotel without suffering from any of its problems. Did I mention the free, covered, and spacious parking? The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though they say that Czech people don't care much about Poles. My Canadian passport didn't fool them, because my wife only had Polish papers (and they required both). As they couldn't be sure of our exact relation (my wife uses a different last name), they would address me as "your friend" when talking to my wife. Strange, but I found that quite refreshing after all these years ;-).
Review 35：Would have liked something to make a tea/coffee in the room (but then again I'm British!). Would have preferred a proper shower that you do not need to hold in your hand and spray water everywhere.
Review 36：Modern, clean, well decorated, decently sized and furnished room sized room with modern and well equipped bathroom. Friendly and multilingual staff. Huge carpark underground. Nice bar/lounge with moderately priced drinks.
Review 37：Hotel very hard to find. The beds were horribly hard. Our air conditioning didn't work so we ended up having to move to single rooms, my husband in one room, me in another. The elevator quit and we had to climb four floors

Room cleaningwas okay but no vacuuming was performed, and the floors were not mopped.No coffee maker in the room. Hotel was stingy on providing coffee. Noadvanced notice given to us when the restaurant was closed due to abusiness event.
Review 40：Free, delicious hot breakfast daily. Very impressive. Parking Garage,Location relative to the city square. Friendly, courteous, responsiveand professional staff. Rooms are designed well- very upscale lookand feel. Overall, the room was very appealing. We really loved thefresh air and the sights and sounds of this 12th/13th centuryEuropean City.
Review 41：AC was too cold and I was unable to adjust it (or even switch it off) manually. However, I found a solution - I opened the window and the AC got switched off. :-)

Review 43：In the morning the light comes right on the pillow the curtains are short they fit the window but the light escapes from underneath and is disturbing. The breakfast was not that great, we expected something much better. The service was hopeless. there were no napkins or cutlery on the table like there usually is, only one table mat on a table for four. There was no one offering tea or coffee like there usually is in other hotels. I would not stay there again.
Review 44：We stayed one night it was ok, location is good. It is close to Old Town Square and there is a small park in front of it. The decor was a bit too modern for my liking but it was ok.
Review 45：stuff in restaurant dont know what is bacardi rum .... they aren´t very professional at all. Check in was with a fatal mistake, when we´ve got room, where some other guests was. and check out was ok but nobody asked U how do U liked shis accomadtion and how was ur stay.
