Review 1：We were confrontated with a very low speed of WLAN connections. This was the case at different places and locations inside the "Schloßpark" Area (also in the Reception).

Review 2：The House we booked were very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location at the Lake "Scharmützelsee" and the possibility for extended walks. Bad Saarow is not far away.

Review 3：Wè didn't like Thé way the staff treated us.we couldn't find easly Bicycle to rent. Also wifi internet had so many problem.we couldn't connection at our room.

Review 14：The only small issue was the thin bed layer which has plastic under it, which does not allow air to come throughout from under and cause my husband some discomfort. ( according to him, this way of bed layer give the sweaty person like him some discomfort.)

Review 16：The hidden extras on top of the initial price quoted on Booking.com. €45 service charge then having to clean it yourself? extortionate electricity charge. €8 per towel €8 per bed for linen. When you add it up then it makes it quite expensive. Advertised as having a hot-tub - it didn't!!!!!

Review 18：This is NOT AN HOTEL!!!! Attention! You have to bring your own bed sheets, towels, soaps, everything. Unless you bring all this, you pay extra. Additionally you pay for electricity and water *not much, and you have to clean yourself before leaving *The lady who checked me out, asked me to clean the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review 20：Only 2 complaints: The Wi-Fi was really poor. It was hard to connect andslow once we did. Also, for this place you really need to have a car.The bus does not run very often.

Review 21：The apartment was really lovely. The hot tub and sauna was really niceto have. We also enjoyed the wood burning stove (we were there in a verycold early spring). It had a great view of the lake. It was a greatplace for a family vacation.

Review 22：It is very unfortunate that the price does not include the water and electrocity. Only for elect. We had to 0.30 x kwh. Even if it is fir short trip you might end up paying an addition of ca. 25 for a medium use. Water price is fine. But this information should be stated on web with prices so people dont wonder at the check in. After all it is not cheap. It is also worth stayting that internet does not work at all. It is free if you get it.

Review 23：Location of the place and surrounding area was very nice. It is very quite and relaxing. Souna in apartments and the size is ideal for long term and family trips.
