Review 1：The hotel seemed to be understaffed. The neighborhood was crowded and I had to park four blocks away with a permit from the hotel. I was on crutches.

Review 7：When we arrived the hotel was dark and empty. There was no service what so ever until breakfast the following morning. Fortunately our German speaking friends were able to get the code for the lock box that held the keys.

Review 8：The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was between the river and the downtown core. The included breakfast was very good and the server at breakfast was very accommodating.
