Review 1：Room we had was not in main hotel, felt isolated. No wireless in the room. Extra charge for breakfast, which is usually included in hotel rates. It took a while to warm the room on a chilly day

Review 6：Hotel is in good location, and quite close to train station. Within easy walking distance to shopping area, restaurants etc. Room was a good size, and was clean and quiet and had a fridge, which was very handy. Friendly staff, cosy bar and a decent breakfast.
Review 7：Its a busy pub with a few rooms above it. I regretted having dinner there because it was so full that 4 salesmen came to share my table, and I left as soon as I could. Then I got a lecture from the owner about how Germans do not present the bill straight away, when my aim was to escape from an uncomfortable situation. I had an early train at 6.30am, and breakfast service starts at 6am. I asked for earlier breakfast but this was not possible. Despite this, I would stay there again I just would not have dinner there.

Review 10：The internet didn't work very well with the smartphone. AmEx is not accepted even though you can do your reservation with it. When it comes to payment you have to look for an automat. I am not exactly sure if you can speak here English with the staff - therefore I wouldn't recommend this gasthof to my English-speaking colleagues.
