Review 4：Nicely designed hotel.Attentive,kind and pro staff. Deluxe room is big and comfortable, and soundproof as well. Good Vanhoof bikes available for customers. Really good breakfast at reasonable price. Nice and cosy bar. Great hotel, highly recommended for a stay in Mannheim or Ludwigshafen!
Review 5：Careful and attentive staff but not too attentive - we like to be left alone and they got the balance just right. Lady at desk helpful and interested when we explained our dietary restrictions - she had them too so was curious, friendly and helpful in finding places to eat. Wifi worked once you figured out you had to open a new browser window and log in! Lovely room, noble materials, temperature just right. Bar was original but not trying too hard - sometimes these places do go over the top trying to impress - but this was relaxed, interesting and surprisingly quiet given the amount of people in it.

Review 7：Very nice hotel, with a nice and unique atmosphere, lots of attention for details. Totally non-standard. "Boutique" hotel. Great bar. Spacious and very quite room.

The few parking spaces outside the hotel were taken so I had to park my car full of skiing gear and Christmas presents 150m away. All OK in morning though.

Review 19：Incredible suite (room number 10) - the receptionist was INCREDIBLE helpfull - easy going - I was so impressed. As a hotel owner, I can assure you, I pay a lot of attention to being a guest myself. The hotel was 5 star and the staff even more. Its actually worthwhile going there even if Mannheim is not the destination cause the hotel is a Destination in itself. Bravo

Review 39：For that price breakfast should be included (they charged €19 extra each). Also, not enough plug points in the room. And there was no soap bar nor slippers in the bathroom.
Review 40：Very big room (45 sqm) with nice view of the river. The Aesop products and the Cocomat bed are amazing. The atmosphere in the lobby is very warm and cosy, with parties going on during the week end. Staff was friendly and very polite.
Review 41：I liked the interior design which reflects the industrial heritage of the building. Raw concrete matches nicely with the carefully chosen furniture which is far from what you would find in the typical business hotel. The hotel has a very nice lounge / bar which attracts a lot of guests in the evenings and also serves as breakfast area in the mornings. Breakfast quality is outstanding, with butter, jams and fruit salad of a quality you will never find in any mainstream business hotel.
Review 42：It wouldn't put me off booking again as I loved the hotel but the lack of privacy with the bathroom in the room - a large window between the bathroom and room which means you shower with a great view of the river but no screen to pull across should your partner be lying in bed while you need to go to the loo.
