Review 1：The whole accomodation felt a little dated. The room was quite clean, but the bathroom was smelly (I quess it came from the air-shaft) and the whole place appealed rusty and gloomy.The staff was not qualified - young lady at the reception was confused and didn't know how to fill a receipt. Overall, it wasn't the worse experience, but this accomodation is overrated (8 at the time of my staying - no way).

Review 13：We paid for the large room but we end up with smallest room... :) Explanation was the bigger room is only with double bed while in the ordering twin option is offered. Hotel was not crowded therefore I think this is just a lack of personal touch from the staff... Every time I visit Czech I get some kind of incident... Breakfast. Soviet time shower room.

Review 16：Penzion was clean, staff friendly and accommodating to the point of changing our room to one with better wifi reception. Breakfasts are ample and the coffee excellent. Location in center of the historical center marvellous; many restaurants within a short walk.

Review 17：We were assigned a smaller twin room instead of the double room we requested. But it was soon sorted out.

Review 18：All the people in the hotel are very friendly staff (apart from one staff member). The hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is very good and you can have it on the outside tables on the big square just in front of the hotel. On a sunny day it's just the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 48：The website rated the hotel as 8,5 when I made my booking. The hotel wouldn't even get a 1 in my opinion. The service and the staff were extremely unpleasant. The first day the breakfast buffet was closed before the time it should be closed and when we did ask for the breakfast we got 3 plates with old bread and cheap cheese and horrible coffee. The next day the whole restaurant was closed and nobody was there although it was during the breakfast time. During the stay I asked if I could use the computer to print out my travel document (where the printer is right next to the PC), they tell me no you can't and that I should go to a copy shop to try get this done. I asked for an iron, they take ages to bring me it and when they finally do they tell me yeah just iron on the bed because there's no ironing board. The room itself had very very uncomfortable hard mattress squeaky beds and old windows. The toilet was dirty and had stains on it and the washbasin and shower evidently hadn't been washed or cleaned in a long time. The whole experience was disgusting.

Review 50：We went in the month of May, the nights were very hot and there was no fan or aircon in the room. Breakfast was quite basic and there was a fly in the main milk jug.

Review 51：We reached the local train station very late in the evening however when I called the hotel the taxi came straightaway. Room had just the basic necessaties. it was nice and clean, towels and only soap was provided, glad I bought a travel size toothpaste with me.

Review 52：Even though we arrived really late, we were welcomed by the owner of the hotel, who checked us in very quickly. Room was nice, clean and with the great view from the window. If we ever come to this small town again - we will stay at this small hotel again.

Review 57：The room is modest. All was shabby. The room was as cold as if the windows were open. Heating was missing. It was very cold. There were not spare blankets. When booking we warned that we elderly couple. We asked comfortable room. But we lived on the 2nd floor with long stairway. Nobody told us about the elevator. We found it ourselves. But it was so old and slow, that we were afraid to use it. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Parking was very expensive after 8 a.m. Wi-fi was not workingin the room. Казалось, что рамы на окнах отсутствуют. Батареи не топились, запасных одеял не было. Спали, закутавшись во все свои вещи. Даже голову пришлось закрыть кофтой, так как существовала опасность заболеть. При бронировании попросили учесть, что мы пожилые люди. В ответ нас поселили на третий (по русским меркам) этаж с двумя большими лестничными пролетами. Мы самостоятельно нашли лифт, который был загорожен стулом. Но как же страшно было на нем ехать, такой он старый и медленный. Это худший отель, в котором мы жили. Парковка напротив отеля очень дорогая днем. Интернет в номере не работал.
