Review 1：Do not forget to check-out before 11am!

Review 2：Much space and comfort. Everything is clean, modern and handy. The supermarket, which lays a few meters further, is open from 7:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Saturday. Staff is helpful.

Review 3：When we change a little bit Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860, German philosopher) we could say "The right bill is not everything, but without the right bill, everything is nothing". The Boarding House in Mannheim, we can proof it with a scan of the bill, added per night 20 € (around 20 US$), a double room supplement (Doppelzimmer - Aufschlag) to the price. I paid totally 498€. The booking.com price was 418 €. So we give the Boarding House zero points (on every scale you can imagine). Reinhard

Review 4：It looks bad from the outside but once you are inside its great!

Review 7：Comfortable, modern, well equipped room. Free breakfast sandwiches good quality and fresh. Good coffee. Overall very convenient. Reception closes at 8pm so make sure you check your email if you are late as they send you the access code!

Review 8：The rooms were very hot and can't be cooled down. At night they were 26 degrees and I couldn't sleep very well. Maybe you could have one or two portable air conditioning units that could be available from people from cooler climates.

Review 53：My favorite hotel in Mannheim:) The staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and the location is good, tram stops are just a few hundred meters away. The WiFi is free and works perfectly. Rewe supermarket is about 100 metres from hotel door and it takes only 5 - 10 minutes to walk to city center .There is a small fridge and a Senseo coffee machine in the room (and the coffee pads too). The reception is not open 24 hours, but you can get your room key from a box with a code outside to hotel door and and then check in next morning. We have done this once and it was really handy.

Provided me with no receipt when I paid the bill said it would be given upon leaving, then on the day of leaving tried to accuse me of not paying the bill, wanted to fine me for ridiculous claims and so blacklisted me as I refused to pay, as I had already paid £520 to stay for two nights... Nothing was provided other than the room for this price which is far too expensive!.
