Review 1：It is not value for money. It is not 4*. Staff not friendly and professional. In Hradec Kralove you can pay half the money and get double quality. Breakfast was not 4*. Do not book it

Review 3：...service is nonexistent. No one ever cleaned our room, we had to ask twice at the reception for new towels and even for toilet paper. The fridge and the drain in the bathroom sink were broken, our respective remark at the reception was answered with "yes, we have this problem in several rooms", and our request for a fix recevied a "we presently have no staff for this". The breakfast buffet was, well, humble. With a little more service-oriented thinking this would be a quite nice hotel, but during our visit there certainly was too small value for our money.

Review 13：On booking.com advert for this hotel, it wud appear they have wi fi. They do not. This is not a 4 star hotel, amateurs staff at reception, dated, not renovated in 2009, bedroom furniture from the Soviet era. No proper shower. Spray unit to be hand held in bath, meagre breakfast.

Review 16：This place is definitelly a 4* hotel. 2* max. Very unpleasant staff that treats you like you are bothering them, unbelieveably early check-out, old rooms that don't only look old but smell old...and that all for one of the most expensive prices of hotels in Hradec Kralove. Don't go to that place.
