Review 2：The staff, they we're very kind and helpful, and also the pet policy, our dog was one more client, therefore he could be anywhere without any problem

Review 4：Great location, very large standard rooms with lake view. Very clean. Fantastic surrounding with lots of things to do. Decent restaurant, great breakfast, everything one need. We will be back.

Review 5：Staff were unhelpful. The restaurant would not serve coffee after 10.00pm and we were not offered a suite. Bad smell in the basement advised by hotel staff that this was apparently due to kitchen grease this was resolved during the day?

Review 8：Could do with air conditioning. The property is very well insulated and keeps very warm. lots of glazing and if the sun is shining the place gets too warm.

Review 13：Outstanding hotel in a stunning location. We had a suite which was well worth it. Plenty of space in a clean environment, amidst nature with view of the lake. We saw red squirrels :). Staff member Felix was excellent and attentive- couldn't do enough- a consummate professional. Staff in general were very good.

Review 33：Beautiful location, highly suggest paying the extra for the lake view as other rooms look straight onto a massive car park if you are on the first floor. Ladies on reception were very helpful, good English. If you enjoy cycling,walking this is the best place for these activities. Breakfast was good.

Review 34：on arrival mid afternoon at reception closed "see restaurant staff". At reception asked if we needed to book a table for dinner. "No". Went to dinner. "No a la carte", only a buffet which was frankly disgusting and had no vegetarian option. "It is free". Just as well, and we ate the bare minimum to last the night. Complained. Manageress amazed, clearly news to her, dragged out chef. "We have been very busy". AVOID.

Review 79：Staff were poor,on our arrival our bathroom had no toiletries, bathrobes, when we requested an extra pillow and bathrobes, we were advised they would be brought to our room, 4 hrs later we had to again request the same, staff member he had forgot. Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day till 3pm yet the hotel was very quiet with only a few rooms being used. Rooms have no air conditioning . .we had room 103 which had a public footpath running directly outside the window which was not ideal as people walking past could see directly in to our room, it was also poor design from a security aspect as it would be easy to climb through windows if left open or ajar .

Review 87：Fantastic view, we had a balcony room which overlooked the lake and surrounding countryside, which was beautiful. Very luxurious room which was clean and spacious. The bathroom contained a walk in shower and was fitted to a high standard. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Good breakfast.

Review 99：Higher expectations due to "high rating" of booking.com.Big windows with view on PARKINGLOT, where everyone can see me walking around naked after a shower. Very unwelcoming staff for breakfast. Nobody asking if I want a coffee/tea or anything at all. No omelet, just very standard meal. Not something as a very well travelled person expect from a 4star hotel! Very boring location. Just 1 hotel and a big parkinglot. Nothing you can walk to for dinner outside the hotel. Wrong side of the lake, NOTHING to do there at all if you don't jump in the (sail)boat there! No charm, just clean. Totally overrated by booking.com! Will never come back, and too expencive 125,- euro's for what you get.

Review 101：The hotel offers a rich variety of massages done by a giftedprofessional who is simply great. The relation cost/quality isexcellent (ex. 40€ for 50' massage) and massages are simply amazing:worth trying them! Also the restaurant is very good likewise breakfast:rich and varied.

Review 102：From saterday to sunday a wedding reception and subsequent party was held at the hotel. The music was so loud that that we were unable to sleep. ALso, no other room was available. The should have never given us that room above the restaurant/party. I hold that against them!!

Review 108：The hotel has a beautiful open architecture in which lots of windows andglass walls are used. On hot summer days this may lead to a fairly hightemperature in the rooms. At the other hand, nights are cool in thisarea so sleeping with an open window solves this problem.
